• Will's POV •
"Mum?" I asked from the top of the stairs. She walked over and looked up at me. "Jordan is coming over again," I added. She stared at me for a second and then walked up the stairs and past me to her room.
"Jordan can't live here, Will, you know that right?" She said. I let out a small laugh.
"Staying a few night isn't living here, Mum," I answered, folding my arms to imitate hers.
"So he's staying the night again?" She asked. I gave her a look at she returned it, eyebrows raised.
"Listen, his parents are giving him a really hard time about seeing me," I explained, shifting my weight uncomfortably.
"Why?" My mum asked. I stared at her for a few seconds. "You're my son. And the fact that you like a boy doesn't change that. Especially with how cute he is," she added with a wink and a smile as she grabbed the basket of laundry and walked back downstairs.
"So it's okay for Jordan to hang here for a few days?" I asked. My mum nodded.
"As long as you both are safe, I don't-"
"Thanks, Mum!" I called, immediately running downstairs and onto the porch to wait for Jordan.

Jordan pulled into my driveway a few minutes later. He wasn't crying but I could see the tear stains on his cheeks. I opened my arms so that he would come over to me. I moved over as far as I could on the small chair that I was sitting on and Jordan sat down, not saying a word. Most of his weight was on top of me and he buried his face into my chest as I ran my fingers slowly through his hair. I don't think I could ever get tired of touching him. Everywhere that our skin meets, I feel electrified. He was sitting almost in my lap. His arms were wrapped around my torso as his breathing slowed. It was nice day; sunny and warm. It felt like the world was trying to imitate my emotions right now. I felt so incredibly happy with Jordan in my arms. I probably could have been the sun.

"Jordan?" I heard. "Will?" My mum tapped on my shoulder and my eyes fluttered open. "I made you guys some dinner," she said quietly. Jordan was still wrapped around me and still asleep. I ran my fingers through his hair, pushing it from his forehead. I placed a small kiss on the newly exposed skin. It was warm against my lips. Jordan's eyelids fluttered open and he smiled at me.
"My mum made us dinner," I said. He placed his thumb on my chin to tilt it down and then he kissed me.
"Your voice is really raspy and hot right now," Jordan said. He had the same raspy voice as I probably did.
"I don't want to move," I said, smiling as I looked into his eyes. "I'm too warm,"
"Come on, loser," he said, laughing. He stood up and took a few of my fingers in his own as he pulled me off of the chair. He pulled me into the kitchen with him and we sat down with my mum for dinner, the smile never leaving his face.
