Linc shoots up as he stand in front of me.

"She would be fine had your men not crashed into us!" He seethes

"We needed to get you here in order to get you guys back to a safe house!" Aldo raises his voice back

"Well we're not interested. We have to meet Micheal and God help when he finds out what you did to his Wife" Linc says back

I just sit with my head down as i concentrate on LJs hand on mine.

Suddenly the room grows silent as the men run out of things to shout at each other.

"You don't understand Lincoln, there is more evidence. We just need a bit more time to gather it and you could be a free man" Aldo says

Linc sighs

"I trust Micheal- we all do- if he thinks the best plan is to go to Panama then that's where we will go" Lincoln says

"You don't need to run away anymore... just give us time" His Dad pleads again.

Silently i stand as the two men continue talking. LJ looks up at me with confused eyes, but i just gesture to the door and he nods.

I walk out into the hallway as i give myself a minute to breathe.

I rake a hand through my hair before i walk back past the lounge, intending to find a bathroom.

I walk past the kitchen where i hear a man taking on the phone. I recognise his voice as one of the people that carried me into the house, but i had never seen his face before.

"I've got burrows, the trifecta" The man says to someone as if he is bragging "And get this, they even brought over Micheals lady"

He laughs as I slowly lean against the wall, listening

"Are you sure? I mean we've got Micheals girl now- she will lead us right to him if i just-"

I stop myself from reacting to the words.

Quickly i open a door opposite to the room and enter the bathroom.

When i enter the room again i notice how Aldo walks out when i enter.

I watch as he leaves

"You come to an agreement?" I ask

Lincoln sighs

"I take that as a no" I say

"My Dad... our Dad. He's complicated." He says as he sits back on the couch i was siting on before as i continue walking around the room, not wanting to sit for fear of the pain again.

"Trust me i know a thing or two about complicated Daddy issues, but listen we need to-"

"-He left when i was small. I always thought it was because he had an alcohol problem but then he just appears back into our lives and claims he was apart of some organisation called 'the company' and he had to leave us for our own good... i mean what does that even mean? Why would you so easily leave your kids?-"

"Lincoln" I cut him off "I'm sorry, really i am- trust me i understand your pain at seeing him again-but right now we have a massive problem i need us to focus on" I say

LJ sits up straighter as does Lincoln

"Why what's wrong?" He asks

I swallow "I was going into the bathroom when i passed the kitchen- one of the guys in there sounded to be having a phone call in which he detailed how he had the three of us and your Dad and would use us to get to Micheal before-"
