I get up slowly from my quarters. I want to do this. I need to do this. Too long. I pull my uniform on, place my crown on my head, pull bracelets onto my wrists, squeeze on my boots and finally, tuck my lasso into the biggest pocket of my uniform.
"I'm sorry, Mother."
(BM/Bruce POV)
Damn it. Every fucking day I have to go to the fucking school. Sky high. That bastard Superman thinks he can do whatever he wants. He's under the false impression he's the ruler of the world, the greatest man on Earth. Even though I'm smarter, stronger and braver than him. Yeah, he may know my identity but I know everybody's. I know his weaknesses, imperfections, problems. Now I'm on the ground, in my cave. All of my senses are alert incase the Joker wants to make a visit. I can't believe they even made a website incase anyone gets a glimpse of the Joker. That bastard. One day, I'll get him. One day.
"Master Bruce, I advise you to sleep as you have to wake up very early in the morning if you are to be the first one." Alfred advises and I reply quickly "I know, Alfred." I walk slowly up to my room and pass the room my parents slept in. I will never admit it, but I'm sure people know I miss my deceased parents very much. After walking into my bedroom, I take off my costume and place it back in its case. I walk over to the bathroom and take a quick shower, then put my backers on and go to sleep. As usual, in the middle of the night I scream with all the air in my lungs.
