Chapter 5:
FridayThe rest of the week went on as the first day had- minus the problems with Sage and with all my thinking about everything. I didn't notice anymore Zombie Kids, well any more than yesterday, that is. I quit thinking about Camille (not quite the effort I thought it would be). And I didn't have any trouble with anyone else. School almost felt normal. Almost.
We, of course, still had our Fighting 101 class. But other than that, everything was completely normal. Stella opened up and had made a TON of friends. Shows you how much being yourself can really do. Thank the gods she doesn't have low self esteem and pretends to be someone she isn't. Otherwise she'd be friendless. Or at least her friends wouldn’t be real friends.
But anyway, enough with the life lessons here, the week is now over. It is now officially the weekend. After Estella and I had finished our homework (yes we do our homework on Friday's, that way we don't forget and rush to finish it on Sunday) we went outside to the yard to practice Taekwondo. Even though this school- strangely- doesn't have a team, we still want to keep fit. As our warm up, we stretched and then ran the normal- well normal for us- ten miles. When we were done with our warm up, Stella and I went through all the moves and positions. Then we had a few spars and finally ended for the day.
That was our routine for everyday of the week- unless we had to go somewhere. (Which of course didn’t happen. Really, where were we going to go?) Then we would have our family our dinner that my mother cooked. After dinner, Stella and I usually just find something to do, like reading or communicating with our old friends-yeah we aren't those types of people who like to spend every waking moment on some computer website.
But since its Friday, Estella and I decide to watch a movie. We choose to watch some new horror film that just came out on DVD. It’s supposed to be really scary. But as we sit there and watch it, Estella and I find ourselves laughing so hard we could barely breathe. The blood and guts are so obviously fake, and the lines are so cliché. The whole plot is basically just so overdone and predictable that we are yawning from boredom (aside from the times when we are laughing our heads off from its ridiculousness.)
Afterwards, when the movie ended, it was about 10:30, so Stell and I headed to bed. Tomorrow, we’ve decided, we're going to the mall just to look around- and because there's nothing else to do around here. I mean, we could go to the river and go boating or something, but, one: I don't have my license yet, and two: my parents have to work.
So I go to bed to prepare myself for what is probably going to be an exceptionally long, long, long, boring and torturous day.
I completely realize how ridiculously short this is, and i apologize. I even tried to add a few things to it. But there really wasn't much I could do with it. This was originally just like, a filler chapter to get to the next day. So, because its so short, i think i'll post another chapter soon. If i remember. Oh and sorry for the long wait. as usual. i really suck at keeping a schedule. BUT! my cousin is going to MAKE me keep writing this weekend so maybe i'll be able to post a third chapter soon. maybe. i hope so.
Thanks for reading! i hope you liked it. leave a comment to tell me what you think (really leave a comment, i could use all the help you give for this chapter...) and please vote if you liked it!! gosh i hate sounding so desparate. blech. okay, do whatever you want.
Until next time
