Chris' P.O.V.
BEEP...BEEP....BEEP
I woke up one morning to the sound of my alarm clock, reminding me that I had to go on my 45min jog. As I got up from my bed to get ready my mom was calling my name. "Chris, Chris!" she said trying to get my attention. "Yes mom!" I replied. "I'm going to the store do you need anything?" She asked. "No, I'm fine!" I answered. Once I was dressed I grabbed my phone with my headphones attacked and went for my daily jog. I usually just run around my block, but today I was feeling a long distance run. So I ran to my school and back.
Once I was done with my daily jog. As I went inside I saw my mom talking to some lady in the kitchen. "Oh and this is my daughter Chris, Chris this our next door neighbor Lisa Dolan." My mother said happily. "Hi, Chris, how are you." Lisa asked. " As I opened the refrigerator to get a water bottle I said "I'm great, how's your day." She smiled and said "it's great! So what grade are you in Chris?" Lisa asked. "Well, I'm gonna be a sophomore in high school." I answer. "Wow, I have two son going into their sophomore year!" I nodded my head and smiled. "Hey mom I'm gonna go up to my room." I said. "OK!" She replied. I walked up to my room and closed the door behind me. As I sat on my bed I grabbed my phone from the charger and scrolled through facaebook posts.
"Chris, I'm gonna go next door with Lisa to meet her family do you want to come." Since I really didn't have anything to do I decided to go with her. I went downstairs and my mom was waiting for me with Lisa. We walked across the yard to Lisa's house.
As I entered her house I was kinda nervous. "Grayson, Ethan, Cameron come here for a sec." I heard people laughing when all of a sudden I heard Lisa introduce them to my mother and I. "It's very nice to meet you I'm Jen and this is my daughter Chris." My mom said. I looked up and noticed the twins, one was in my p.e class and the other in my algebra class last year. They both smiled at me, so I smiled back. "Why don't you guys get to know each other while Jen and I have a cup of tea and talk." Lisa said. I shrugged my shoulders and followed Grayson and Ethan down their basement stairs. I didn't know what to say or do so I just kept quiet.
