It was 11 o'clock at night in Australia, and Vedhika stood on the terrace, lost in thought, reliving the events of the day. Every moment, every action, and every word Reyansh had ignored her with, leaving her feeling hurt and unseen. Suddenly, a memory from the past came rushing back, filling her eyes with tears.
Vedhika closed her eyes and took a deep breath, trying to push away the emotions that threatened to overwhelm her. But the memory was too strong to ignore, and she found herself transported back in time, to a moment that still haunted her heart.
Reyansh had come to the terrace to find Vedhika, and the sight of tears in her eyes stopped him in his tracks. Without a moment's hesitation, he moved forward and wrapped his arms around her, hugging her tightly, as if his very life depended on it. Reyansh hugged her like she was the most precious thing in the world. His arms tightened around her, holding her close to his chest, as if he could shield her from all harm. He could feel her body shaking with emotion, and his heart ached at the sight of her tears.
"Vedhika,Please don't cry. I can't bear to see you like this." he whispered, his voice hoarse with emotion.
Vedhika buried her face in his shoulder, tears streaming silently down her cheeks. She clung to him, feeling the strength and warmth of his embrace, and the knowledge that he was there for her. It was as if all the pain and hurt she had felt earlier in the day dissolved in his arms.
"I'm so sorry, V. I never meant to ignore you, I didn't want to hurt you. I should have known how much it would affect you. I'm sorry for everything. Please forgive me. " Reyansh's voice was remorseful as he spoke, his regret evident in every word. He pleaded, his voice thick with emotion.
After a few minutes had passed, Vedhika had calmed down, and she looked up at him, a small smile on her face.
" You know what?" she said, still hiccuping slightly from the tears.
"It's my job to ignore you So, from now on, please don't take away my job, okay?" With that, she stepped back and made her way back inside, leaving Reyansh alone on the terrace.
Reyansh couldn't help but let out a chuckle at Vedhika's reply, his heart feeling lighter with her words.
"She's impossible" he muttered to himself, shaking his head in disbelief. It was so like her to deflect his apology with a joke, even in the middle of a serious moment. But even as he said the words, he knew how much he adored her for it.

(Their hotel room)
It was around 1:40 pm in Italy, and Ayan was all dressed and ready to go, his impatience growing with every passing moment. Ishani, on the other hand, was still taking her sweet time to get ready, her movements deliberately slow and her attention focused on her phone and mirror. Ayan's irritation was mounting with each passing minute, and he drummed his fingers on the table in frustration.
