Ishani and Ayan were driving back home after their trip in Italy. It was supposed to be a week-long vacation, but due to an urgent work call, their trip got cut short. As they sat in the car, the journey seemed endless, the excitement of the vacation already fading away.
Ishani looked out the window, watching the landscape pass by in a blur. Her mind was still filled with the memories of the trip - the new places they explored, the new food they tasted, the laughter they shared. Ayan, on the other hand, was preoccupied with his work, his attention divided between the road and the important emails he was reading on his phone.
Ayan felt a pang of guilt seeing the tiredness in her face. He knew that he had promised her a relaxed, fun vacation, but work had other plans. He reached out for her hand, his tone filled with sincerity.
"I'm sorry, Ishani," he repeated, his thumb moving gently over the back of her hand.
"I'll make it up to you, I promise." Ishani turned to Ayan, her expression soft and understanding.
"I know this is important to you. Don't worry, I understand." Ishani smiled softly, her annoyance melting away at his touch.
"I know you will," she replied, her voice warm. "But next time, can we atleast try to schedule an actual vacation?" Ayan chuckled at her comment.
"I'll try, but with this job, you know how it is." He squeezed her hand gently, a silent apology in his touch.
As Ishani and Ayan arrived at the Raghuvanshi Palace, they were welcomed by the entire family gathered in the entrance. The first one to run up to them was Aarohi.
She dashed towards Ishani, throwing her arms around her in a tight hug. "Bhabhi! You're back!" she exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with happiness.
Ishani chuckled, embracing Aarohi just as tightly. "Hey, Aruuu!" she said affectionately, ruffling her hair gently.
Ayan watched the scene with a warm smile, his gaze lingering on Ishani and Aarohi. A sense of contentment washed over him, his earlier frustration forgotten momentarily.
The rest of the family crowded around, everyone eager to greet Ishani and Ayan. They asked about their trip, expressing their relief to have them back safe and sound.
Ayan exchanged quick hugs and greetings with his family members, glad to be back home. Ishani, on the other hand, was bombarded with stories and questions from everyone at once. She laughed, overwhelmed by the attention, while Ayan stood nearby, his gaze still fixed on her, a slight smile on his lips.

Siya walked into her room after finishing her work for the day, her body weary. As she entered the room, she found her husband, Rajveer, still working, his gaze fixed on his laptop.
He looked up and spotted her, his eyes softening at her sight. He closed his laptop and leaned back in his chair, a weary smile on his face.
"You're back." he said, his voice laced with a hint of both exhaustion and affection.
"Yes" Siya replied, making her way over to him. She leaned against the edge of his desk, her eyes studying his face.
