After some time, the car finally stopped. As Dhruv had instructed, one of the house help was already waiting at the gate for her. The moment Manvi stepped out of the car, one female helper quickly approached offering a gentle smile.

"Let me help you ma'am," the house help said kindly.taking Manvi's arm and guiding her inside.

As they stepped inside, Manvi was surprised to find a doctor already waiting for her in the living room. The doctor stood up with a reassuring smile.
Manvi looked around, feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the attention. Dhruv had arranged everything so perfectly and it made her heart ache in a way she didn't fully understand. She couldn't help but ask herself, "Was he always like this?"

The house help gently helped her sit down on the couch and the doctor quickly began examining her ankle. He moved it carefully twisting it just enough to fix the sprain. Manvi winced slightly but soon felt the relief as the pain eased.

"That should feel better now," the doctor said with a gentle smile. "But make sure you take a good amout of rest."

Manvi nodded still lost in her thoughts. Dhruv's sudden care had left her feeling both confused and deeply touched. The man she thought she knew seemed so different now and it stirred emotions she wasn't prepared to face.

"Do apply this spray at night," the doctor added, handing her a small bottle. His calm reassuring tone brought her back to the present though her mind continued to swirl with questions about Dhruv.

Manvi nodded again, taking the spray from the doctor. "Thank you," she murmured softly, her voice barely above a whisper.

As the doctor gathered his things and prepared to leave the house help brought her a warm cup of tea and gently placed a pillow behind her back. Manvi sank into the couch her body relaxing but her mind remained restless.

Once the room was quiet and she was alone her thoughts drifted back to Dhruv. His sudden affection, the way he had cared for her, was so unlike the distant and cold man she thought she knew.

"Why is he doing this?"she wondered, staring down at the bottle of spray in her hands. "Is this who he really is, or is he acting?"

Her heart felt heavy with questions and as much as she tried to push them away they lingered making her feel more vulnerable than ever.

With a sigh, she stood and slowly made her way toward their room. However, as soon as she stepped inside her eyes narrowed in confusion. The bed was covered with numerous shopping bags each one neatly arranged but completely unexpected.

Frowning she called out, "Rita?" The house help quickly appeared in the doorway her hands folded respectfully.

"Yes ma'am?" Rita responded, her expression calm

"What's all this? Who brought these?" Manvi gestured toward the bed her brow still furrowed.

"Ma'am sir bought them for you. I'm sorry, I forgot to inform you earlier." Rita informed while looking towards her.

Manvi blinked her confusion deepening as she looked back at the neatly arranged shopping bags. " He brought them??" She wondered her heart fluttering with a mix of surprise and something she couldn't quite place.
