After making necessary arrangements so that they could leave from here tomorrow in early morning. Dhruv entered the room at midnight which was given to them by the villagers . He stepped inside quietly in dimly lit room expecting manvi to be asleep till now but as he entered he saw her sitting on the bed while still wearing her wedding lehenga. she was staring blankly at the floor but as soon as she noticed his presence in the room she looked up.

Making their eyes to met, Dhruv noticed her red swollen eyes giving evidence of the tears she had shed continuously because of him and this thought made him to clutch his fist in tight grip, causing a pang of guilt to strike deep within him and before he could say something, manvi stood up, her movements slow and deliberate while her anklets sounds could only be heard in the room.

She walked towards him with a bitter, sarcastic laugh making dhruv to scrunch his forehead in confusion while manvi stood infront of him.

"Oh, patidev finally you are here." She said, her voice dripping with sarcasm making dhruv to look towards her blankly because of her acting like that.

"What are you looking at patidev? Today is our wedding night isn't it? You won, Mr rathore you fucking won. So go ahead, what are you waiting for? Starve your lust see the environment is also Romantic." She said while looking towards him with her red swollen eyes.

Before Dhruv could react, Manvi's hands moved swiftly, unpinning her dupatta and letting it fall to the ground. Her chest rose and fell rapidly, breaths heavy with frustration and defiance. She stood before him in her blouse and skirt, daring him to respond, her eyes challenging his silence.

"Have you gone fucking mad???" Dhruv yelled, his voice hoarse with anger. He quickly turned his face away, clenching his jaw, muscles tense. His fists balled at his sides as he struggled to contain the storm inside him. Manvi's eyes filled with more tears, but she didn't wipe them away. Instead, she stood firm, refusing to break.

"You can drop this act now, patidev," she spat the last word with sarcasm, rolling her eyes. "See? No one is here." She crossed her arms tightly over her chest, her expression cold as she shielded herself emotionally. But underneath it all, she was trembling.

Dhruv didn't respond, his silence louder than words. With his eyes closed, he took a deep breath and stepped toward her. He bent down, picking up the fallen dupatta, and gently wrapped it over her completely hiding her upper body with it. Manvi's defiance faltered as she blinked, watching him with a blank expression, unsure of what to make of his actions.

When Dhruv finally opened his eyes, they were bloodshoot red filled with emotions she hadn't seen in him before-hurt, anger, and guilt all swirled within those dark orbs making her heart race in confusion. Her brow furrowed, unable to decipher the war waging in his mind.

Without warning, Dhruv's hands gripped her shoulders, rough and firm, as he pinned her against the nearest wall. The impact made her gasp in shock, and she stared at him wide-eyed, feeling the heat of his anger as goosebumps raced over her skin. His breathing was labored, his chest heaving as he growled.

"Don't! Don't you ever dare to pull something like this again!" His voice was hoarse, thick with emotions while His eyes never left hers, locking her in place with their intensity as she wiggled against his grip, desperate to free herself.

"Isn't this what you wanted?" she shot back, her voice shaking but determined. "Isn't this the reason you married me? You forced me into this. You blackmailed me, threatened me, and now you have the nerve to act like the victim? Like you're innocent in all of this?" Tears filled her eyes, but her words came out sharp, like knives.
