Though, to Mina and Denki's dismay, school started back up again. Kirishima and Sero were ready for the hero activities they would do during their second semester, even hyping themselves up. Katsuki on the other hand wasn't hyped to go back to school because he was sort of avoiding a certain blue eyed girl. He didn't answer any of her texts during their last two days of break.
The first day back went smoothly until lunch rolled around and Hiroko sat next to Katsuki just as she always did. She didn't think much of him ignoring him because he usually does it anyways. The only thing she didn't know was that this time, the ashe blonde did it on purpose.
The group chatted as usual and Katsuki stayed out of other than making a few snarky remarks as he always did. Hiroko laughed at the fury of the vermillion eyed boy, making his heart flutter. He frowned at the foreign feeling. He couldn't understand why he felt that way.
After lunch, his day went back to normal or as normal as UA could get. The only thing he didn't think could ever happen happened. Hiroko stood next to All Might and Mr. Aizawa with Hatsume by her side.
"Class, these two ladies are Ito and Hatsume from the support course. They will be watching everyone train in order to help with support gear in the future." Mr. Aizawa explained.
"Feel free to ask them for gear or to fix any broken gear!" All Might gave everyone a thumbs up.
While Hatsume made more prototypey gear than ones that properly work the first time, she was second to Hiroko, who made less gear but they were constructed perfectly. Hiroko believes that Hatsume is better when it comes to designing and actually making gear than her, but Hatsume had already argued with her many times about their ranking. Hatsume wouldn't let the blue eyed girl drag herself down. Not even a little bit.
"Hey, friend!" Hatsume through her arm around the freckled face girl.
"Yes?" Hiroko looked up from the ongoing fight between Katsuki and Sato.
"Are you okay?" Hatsume's eyes full of worry contrasted the crazy look on her face.
"I guess." She sighed. Hatsume always asked her that when she came back from her parent's house.
"Okay." Hatsume ruffled her friend's hair. To be honest her parents gave her lots of new bruises but Katsuki made her summer a lot better. She would probably never tell him but he saved her on that one night when the moon was shinning brightly down on them. She was going to kill herself that night.
She was glad she didn't.
