I HAVEN'T UPDATED THIS STORY LAST SINCE THE NIGHT I SAW 5SOS *CRIES*
Okay I'm sorry you had to see that I'll pull it all together and be professional now.Sabrina Wonderland, September 8th
Earlier today, when I'd entered my dorm room for the first time, I was surprised to find that my roommate is from Neverland.
It's not that I have anything against Neverland, it's that I expected to be assigned a dorm with my friend Diana Hatter, or at least Dinah Hearts- someone from Wonderland. That would be the best way to make us Wonderlandians feel comfortable in this new strange land, wouldn't it? No, they stuck me with Hanna Hook, from Neverland.
I don't like to admit when I'm scared, but I kind of am. Ever After is nothing like Wonderland. First off, there's no wonder. Life without wonder is terribly boring. Nobody laughs at pranks here.
Oh, speaking of pranks, I'm in detention already. First day of school, and I have detention. We didn't even have any classes yet, and technically I should've gotten a warning this time (of course I read the rules, how can you break rules if you don't even know what they are) but instead they put me right in detention. Well, what I did was, I saw Assistant Principal Blanc's keys in her purse backstage (I was back there because I was bored of hearing Principal Queen Charming talking and can poof in and out of places) and I took one and switched it with one in the one of packets she was about to hand out to us students. I grabbed the first packet I saw, and it just happened to be Jenna Blanc's, Ms. Blanc's daughter. I thought, maybe when she got caught, her mom would assume it was in there by accident, and I wouldn't get caught. But of course when Jenna couldn't get into her room, her roommate Little Miss Perfect Hayden Hood admitted she saw the whole thing, and Ms. Blanc gave me detention. Then she said she or Principal Queen Charming were gonna call my parents and tell them.
I prayed with every ounce of my being that Principal Queen Charming would call them. The only thing my parents told me to be careful of before I left is getting on Ms. Blanc and/or Jenna Blanc's bad side. Apparently there's some beef between them and Ms. Blanc. They didn't tell me about it but I was almost positive I knew the truth already. Just by snooping around and putting the pieces together, I figured out my dad had dated Ms. Blanc for a while before he and my mom dated. She just wasn't over him. It didn't help at all that Ms. Blanc, my mom, and my dad (along with Diana and Dinah's moms) had been friends ever since they were kids. That friendship remained still today... Except with Ms. Blanc, who drifted away from the group and eventually moved out of Wonderland all together. My parents didn't want me to make her even more bitter toward us than she already was, but the last thing I needed was for my parents to get a call from Ms. Blanc later. They'd probably take me out of boarding school and lock me in my room for forever after.
Finally, the bell rang, letting me know my detention was over. The Home Hex teacher, Ms. Breadhouse, who was supervising me in detention today (she was really just baking in the ovens at the back of the class the whole time) handed me a pie tin with half a pie left and hexcused me from detention. "Have a nice rest of your day, and enjoy the pie!" She called behind me as I raced away from the classroom. Honestly, Ms. Breadhouse was an awesome detention supervisor, and if she was always going to be my supervisor, I wouldn't mind detention as much. I mean, free food is always great.
Back at my dorm, I'd received a text from my best friend Diana, saying the entire grade was invited to a beach picnic party in a half hour. As much as I didn't really enjoy having a Neverlandian roommate, I invited her to come with me and Diana, and she invited her best friend Tilly, saying it would be nice to learn more about each others' distant lands. I texted back Diana saying we'd meet her there, and Hanna did the same with Tilly.

Hanna and I arrived at the shore of the Royal River on the edge of campus just as the sun was beginning to go down. A girl named Coco who I could only assume was Ms. Breadhouse's daughter handed out strawberry cupcakes she'd made herself, and half-wolf boy Rudy Badwolf passed around pizza slices he claimed he picked up, but definitely tasted homemade.
"So, Sabrina, what is Wonderland like?" Hanna said, taking a bite of her pizza slice as she sat on the picnic blanket next to me.
"Well, just as it sounds- Wonderlandiful, of course. My dad works for the King & Queen. He's kind of like their advisor, so I'm good friends with the Princess Dinah and Prince Colton. We get to do really whatever we want since there aren't many rules in Wonderland and they're Royal," I explained, tasting the strawberry icing on the cupcake. "What is it like in Neverland?"
"Well, first off, there aren't many girls on the island," Hanna said, sighing slightly. "It's mostly just Tilly and me. My brother is there with is of course. The island doesn't really have as much magic anymore, so anyone not born on the island actually does age. It's kind of weird to see everyone around you not age. The Lost Boys are not like what people think- they aren't sad and mopey, nor are they overly happy that they are there forever. When my dad changed things up, none of them went home since they'd aged and didn't know if their families would still be alive after all this time. It's getting more modern there. We have technology now so we don't have to hunt and cook our own food over a fire or anything, at least, not anymore. It's magical, but not nearly like Wonderland. Everything seems to have no rules in Wonderland, but there actually are a lot of rules in Neverland," Hanna described the place she called home.
"That doesn't sound so great. You'd love Wonderland though. My friend Diana is from the Mad Hatter family. She could tell you all about Wonderlandian food and tea!" I suddenly wondered if people that aren't from Wonderland don't take their tea as seriously as wonderlandians do.
"That sounds cool! My friend Tilly is a fairy. She could tell you all about fairy dust and what magic can do. There she is now," Hanna exclaimed, pointing to two figures coming closer to us. One was Hanna's friend Tilly, and the other was actually Diana. Both girls had curly hair, but Tilly's was in tight blond curls tucked into a neat ponytail, and Diana's crazy turquoise, purple and pink hair puffed out like a lion's mane around her head.
"Hey Di," I said, scooting over for her and Tilly to sit on the blanket too.
"Hey! Tilly, this is my best friend Sabrina, Sabrina, this is my roommate Tilly," Diana introduced us.
"Hi, Sabrina, nice to meet you! This is my best friend Hanna, but it seems you've already met," Tilly said cheerily as she sat down and accepted a strawberry cupcake from Coco, who had just noticed they'd come in.
"We're roommates," Hanna and I said at the same time.
"Wonderlandiful!" Diana whooped happily.
Suddenly, having non-wonderlandian friends didn't seem so strange anymore.
