Kash steps back against the tree as the cyclops lets out a mighty cry, reeling this weapon over his head.
Only to have a magic vine whip cut right through the cyclops, severing its head from its body. Zara lowers her hand with a smirk on her face, watching as the beast collapses to the ground.
"Damn it. Why do I always have to be the bait, Zee?" Kash complains as he walks towards the head, pulling it onto his shoulder as the blood gashes out.
"Because, my darling Kash, you are just so damned attractive." she answers. Kash shrugs at her words. "That is absolutely correct. All right, come on, let's haul this back for the reward." he informs.
"And how much will the Take pay you for him?" Vax calls out, drawing their attention as they looked up at the treeline and saw the rogue sitting a top a branch.
"One hundred gold? Fifty?" he asks again, Zara frowns at the rogue, crossing his arms, "No." she answers with a small chuckle before looking away. "Twenty-five." she mutters and Vax drops down from the branch.
He grins and crosses his arms, "What if you upgraded to something a bit scalier?" he asks, drawing their attention again as Kash steps closer to Zara "Ha-ha, you talking dragons?" he asks
But Zara shoves her elbow at his chest, stopping him short. "No. No. No, no. last time we got involved with your lot, we nearly got killed." she reminds, turning to the rogue.
Vax steps up to them, "Come on. Don't you want a shot at redemption? Or at least a much bigger bounty?" he asks of them. Zara just sighs. "All right, we know we owe you. But near death and certain death are quite different." she reminds him.
