I really didn't wanted to snap on this point, as being an author on Wattpad, especially for fanfic, I must habituate with this but every time I try, I failed.

And it was one of the sole reason me leaving this fandom writing at first place.

But it was my stupidity that I forgot to undo these two stories 'My Enigmatic Barista' & 'In Between Us' and eventually got back just to complete it as I myself felt extremely guilty when I left my major stories middle of the way.....stories like 'ENMESHED', 'YUANFEN', 'STRATEGIC MARRIAGE', 'AEON' and few short stories too.

Just for you know, I am a full time working person as well pursuing my post graduation too, being the eldest one, had a huge pressure from personal side.....bearing all these I write for myself.

Now writing for self and posting for others to be part of that is extremely different.

When I write, I immersed in my story, I pour my heart out, channelize all my pain and failures in the words...........trust me it take time, a lot of and I don't regret coz I do it for myself in my pace.

I used to be a regular update author if we have any reader from my story 'AEON' or 'YUANFEN' OR 'ENMESHED', I used to update everyday, I used to interact with everyone then things happened and slowly I changed..............I found I can not be readers oriented because I can not expect anything from any readers. Readers are free will, can come anytime, can go anytime. The readers who used to mention themselves as my loyal readers, I don't find anyone now🥺🥺

I gave up when I found myself extremely disheartened and almost crying because of not getting comments or votes, I realized I had prioritized this fantasy world more than I should do and so I must now create some distances. Though I still write, I had 50+ drafts 😅😅. I still write Enmeshed, Aeon, The royal marriage but I don't share coz i wanted the same mental race.

So why I am bubblering so much?????????? here is  a screenshot.....

3 chapters back to back, you can clearly see readers engagement with votes and comments. It is maybe Wattpad algorithm so something but stories updated on everyday basis lost visibility.  You will see most viewed stories are all mostly get update only weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Also unlike normal stories where readers actively comment in between here after publishing every chapter 90% comment is only 'update the next' there is hardly 2/3 comments who express how the chapter or maybe something else. 

So, the thing I wanted to say is here, I saw your 'update next' comment and intentionally ignore it, just in case I don't get tangle again, because now I only write for myself and the only time I log into Wattpad the day I had holiday and seriously have time to sit and do edits.

I understand you are excited and eager for the story and I do respect that and maybe think that I must update all chapters in single day but that is not possible for me. Not only it will ghost out my story in the algorithm but most readers will also not bother to vote and comment, I had first hand experience with few stories which I post in a single span and received very few responses and the stories are all ghosted in algorithm.

I have said it, I am not a FF writer, I am more like a novel writer where I have too many layers to explore in a character, too many shades to show, too many perspectives to sketch,  I enjoy it in  that way.................................so I just want to say SORRY, as I am unable to meet your expectation or be the ideal author you expect me to be. SORRY AGAIN!!!!

Updates will be given as scheduled.........weekly basis as much as I can.
