Spear

The Gemerons were inflamed by their cannons being clogged. The commander lifted his weapon, which looked like a launcher, and his soldiers did the same. The Tameranian soldiers lifted gun-like weapons. When the Gemerons started firing Raven used her powers as a shield for everyone. When the rays of blue stopped shooting at them she put her shield down and the Tameranians began firing their purple rays. When the purple rays hit a Gemeron it would send the alien into an electric shock until they died. The shooting was now coming from both directions. Some of the Gemerons became desperate and started throwing little spear shaped knifes. "Everyone listen up!" Cyborg yelled through everyone's earpieces. "Their port entrance in the back is unguarded! I need at least fifty soldiers to infiltrate their ship for a sneak attack!" Cyborg ordered. Some Tameranian soldiers ran to the back and took Robin with them. When they got to the back without notice Robin kicked the door down. When they entered they hid and started to shoot from the inside. "Where are those close range shots coming from?" A Gemeron asked his commander. "Find it!" The commander yelled. Some soldiers started searching the ship. "We are almost out of ammo!" A Gemeron shouted. "Why are we almost out of ammo!?" The commander asked baffled. "You said to be light on supplies! You didn't think they would fight back!" Another Gemeron yelled. "Cease fire! Retreat to our own planet! We will come back next week with more than enough ammo!" The commander shouted. The ship started lifting with Robin and the others still inside. They snuck their way back to the door. Now there was a guard. Robin snuck behind him and elbowed him in the back of the neck to knock him down. The Tameranians opened the door and started flying out. Robin jumped out and used his grappling hook to come down safely. Robin looked around in shock to see so many dead and wounded. "Starfire?" He asked himself. "Starfire?!" He called out in a distressed voice. He turned to see Adena, Speedy, Raven, and Beast Boy all huddled together. "Where's Starfire?" He asked. Adena stepped to the side to see Starfire on the ground with a spear in her shoulder. Raven was already trying to remove it with her powers. Robin ran to her and picked her up. She screamed in agony. She then passed out from the pain. The titans all ran to the castle where Starfire's childhood home was. "Someone help! She's hurt!" Robin yelled as he burst in the doors. Some Tameranians dressed in white uniforms took her and laid her on a gurney. As they ran Robin tried to follow them. "You can't be in here." A worker told him before he entered where they were about to work on Starfire. Robin tried to ignore her and two guards escorted him to Galfore. "I'm worried to." Galfore told him when the guards left. Adena walked in first with a limp. Speedy looked at her worriedly. "Are you okay?" Speedy asked her. "Yes. I'm fine." She answered. The other Titans followed them in. Raven used her power to slide a chair over to Adena. Adena sat while Raven used her powers to heal her. "It was just a chipped bone." Raven told her. "Thanks." She said and stood up. She pulled down her shorts a little and Speedy held he back as she stood to make sure she didn't fall. "How's Starfire?" Beast Boy asked. "She's in surgery." Galfore answered. Robin stayed silent. "What happened?" Cyborg asked. "One of the spears hit her in the shoulder near her chest." Adena answered. Robin walked out of the room. "Was it something I said?" Adena asked. "No. He is just worried." Raven answered. "We all are." Beast Boy said and put a hand on Raven's shoulder. "Cyborg, could you show me some of the battle footage and logistics?" Galfore asked Cyborg. "Of course." Cyborg nodded and left with Galfore. "I hope she's okay." Adena whispered to herself. "It'll be okay." Speedy assured her. A white uniformed Tameranian nurse stepped in the door. Robin was already running down the hall. "Luckily the spear didn't go deep enough for any major problems. She is in ICU under watch. She is unconscious but should be able to be up within the next two weeks." The nurse informed them. The Titans headed towards the ICU. When they entered Starfire's room they saw Robin holding Starfire's hand. He was whispering to her. Robin turned to see his team. "Come in." Robin said as he wiped away a tear. Everyone said hey to unconscious Starfire and sat down. "I almost lost her today." Robin said as he stood. "Robin.." Adena started to say. "It's true." He continued. "I am not letting the Gemerons do any further damage." Robin stated firmly. "The Gemeron's planet was in bad shape when they went back. The planet's heat went up by 40%. It almost burnt up. They won't be a problem for a while." Speedy told him. "He's right. Galfore told Cyborg and he sent me a text." Beast Boy added. "Good." Robin said in a sigh. Everyone turned their heads to see Starfire's eyes crack open. "Robin?"
