Jinx and Kid Flash

"Dudes!" Beast Boy yelled as he ran into the training room. "You're late." Robin said flatly. "I know. Just listen to why." Beast Boy said as he caught his breath. "Why?" Robin asked raising his eyebrows. "Jinx and Kid Flash are at the door!" Beast Boy exclaimed. "Friends!" Starfire yelled and zipped to the living room. Beast Boy turned into a cheetah and ran. Cyborg, Adena, Robin, and Raven walked to the door. When they got downstairs Starfire was hugging the life out of Jinx and Beast Boy was cracking speed jokes to Kid Flash. "What brings you by?" Robin asked as he walked closer. "It's good to see you." Cyborg added. "Same to you too." Kid Flash smiled and pointed at them with a snap. "I just love what our friend, Jinx has done with her hair!" Starfire said loudly. "You don't need to shout." Jinx laughed. Her hair was down to her shoulders instead of up. "I just didn't put it up." She laughed again. "Looks nice." Raven said. "Thanks." Jinx said and touched her hair. "We just got done fighting her old group. The clueless crew tried to rob a bank." Speedy said and pointed at Jinx referring to her old team. "We decided to come by since we we're not to far from Jump City." He finished. "Good to have you." Robin said with a smile. "I heard about the Gemeron thing. Is it over?" Jinx asked. "At the moment." Cyborg told her. "You guys wanna go do something?" Kid Flash asked. "Sounds good." Cyborg said in agreement. "I didn't really get to introduce myself. My name is Adena." Adena said as she shook Kid Flash's hand and Jinx's. "The pier is having a fair. Wanna go?" Kid Flash asked. "Dudes! Yes, we have to!" Beast Boy shouted. "Yes. Friends we must partake in the mechanical rides, edible cotton, and booth games!" Starfire said excitedly. "Carnival food." Cyborg said as he rubbed his hands together. "Food is always a good reason." Adena laughed. "What time does it start?" Robin asked. "Six tonight." Jinx answered. "Sounds like a plan." Robin smiled. "Oh delightful!" Starfire said and kissed Robin's cheek. "I'm gonna go invite Bee and her team." Cyborg said and whipped out his communicator. "Hey, Cy." Bumble Bee answered his call. "Hey. You and your team wanna meet us at the pier at six tonight?" Cyborg asked. "Sure." She said happily. Cyborg waved goodbye and she did too.
  "Hey friends!" Starfire exclaimed. "Hello, Starfire." Aqualad waved. "Hey." Bumble Bee nodded at her.  Màs Y Menos waved at everyone with big smiles. Speedy walked to Adena and hugged her. "So you're the girl Speedy never shuts up about." Aqualad pointed out. Adena blushed. "This is my girlfriend, Adena." Speedy said quickly. "Looks like everyone is dating these days." Cyborg laughed. "You and Bumble Bee official yet?" Kid Flash asked in a whisper. Aqualad over heard it and started laughing. "She is always looking at your picture on her contacts." Aqualad told him. "What are you talking about?" Bumble Bee tried to renter the conversation. "Nothing." Speedy chuckled. "Will they have the fire of works tonight?" Starfire asked. "Usually they do." Jinx told her. "Yea, I'm pretty sure." Robin agreed. "Gonna watch them with me, Rae?" Beast Boy asked Raven. "I don't have a choice do I?" She asked while reading a book. "Don't act like you don't want to." Beast Boy laughed. Raven rolled her eyes. "Wanna go ride a roller coaster?" Aqualad asked everyone. "Yes." Beast Boy said excitedly. Starfire nodded excitedly and Robin smiled in agreement. Everyone nodded and they headed off for the roller coaster. "Dudes, it's huge!" Beast Boy said when they got close. "Glorious!" Starfire clapped. "I'll hold your hand if you get scared." Speedy winked at Adena. Adena laughed and rolled her eyes. Raven closed her book and put it away in her cloak. "Come on, baby!" Beast Boy took Raven's hand and led her to the line. Cyborg slipped his hand in Bee's and she smiled. Everyone got in line.
As they got buckled in Starfire turned pale. "What is it?" Robin asked her. "My seat belt is not tight." She gasped. Before they could call attention to the employees the roller coaster sped off.
