Lunch-
I walk through the line and grab my food ,and walk to my usual table and sit down staying as far away from everyone as I can. I sit down and start to eat quietly with my eyes closed. I felt someone sit down next to me and u snapped open my eyes to see her...
"Hey jay how are you?" " I'm fine " I reply bluntly. She looked away and fiddled with her fork." I was wondering if we could-" she couldn't finish because Bryce flopped down across from us. " hey you too having fun?" He said winking. I glare at him in reply. "Jeez I just asked a question " Bryce says chuckling. "So what's planned for today jay?" Bryce asks. "I think I'm just gonna skate later" I reply "oh..." Jada said then look down on her plate.
I wonder what her issue is I think to myself.
The bell rings and I get up and dump my tray and walk to my last class of the day. There was a quiz waiting for us as we walk in. I sit down and wait for the test to start. My teacher lays the test out on my table and I start to answer the questions until I got a sharp pain behind my eye. I wince and drop the paper to the floor. I slowly bend over and pick up the paper and continue to answer the questions, until the pain jabbed behind my eyes again. I recoiled and shut my eyes and what I saw when I opened my eyes terrified me.
All the words on the paper started to move on their own to form new words.
The words settle in a repeating sentence. " he comes! ,he comes!". I crumble up the paper and stand up quickly as everyone turns to face me. I grab my bag and quietly walk out the door and when the teacher tried to stop me. I push him out the way and walk past him through the front doors.
" what the hell is wrong with me! Am I going insane!?
