" umm jay, what is that thing?" Bryce asked pointing a finger at the wolf.
"Hey! I'm not a thing , I'm a living being like you ya jerk!" The wolf snapped and hopped on the bed then my shoulder.
"H-he talks!?" Bryce stuttered turning pale, backing further into the corner.
I didn't know how to explain all this to him when he's in this state ,so I went with the alternative.
"Bryce go get some sleep I'll explain everything later when your in a better state ok?" I said softly.
"Y-Yea sure jay." He got up shakily and walked out the room closing the door. Nightmare hopped off my shoulder and lied on my bed. " that went well. " he said and closed his eyes.
I couldn't help but smile a little. " yea...it sure did ." I said as I stroked his ears.
For the next two hours I showed nightmare around the house. Then we stopped in the living room to watch tv.
"What you wanna watch bud?" I asked as he curled up in my lap staring at the screen.
"What's gladiator?" He asked looking up at me.
" oh it's a fighting movie pretty much." I summed up.
"OH! Let's watch that!" He exclaimed wagging his tail pretty fast.
I laughed. " ok ok calm down. " I hit play and relaxed as the movie started.

Nightmare jumped up and down on my legs excitedly." That Was AWESOME!" He yelped pouncing on my chest.
" haha glad you liked it" I stretched and looked at the clock and noticed the time.
"Oh man it's 4 already? Can't believe it's that late feels like the day just started." I said softly.
"Zzzzzzzzzz. Zzzzzzzzzz."
I looked over and noticed that nightmare had fallen asleep.
I smiled and gently picked him up , and brought him to my room and laid him gently on the bed.
" he looks peaceful." Someone whispered from behind me.
I turned to see Bryce standing in the door frame.
" hey bud did you get any rest?" I asked earnestly.
"Yea. Mind if we talk in the living room ?" He asked.
I walked out the door towards the living room.
"Sure"I said flopping down on the couch.
I wonder what his first question would be. Maybe why do u have a demented looking animal sleeping in your bed. Or maybe even what the hell even is that thing.
I was snapped out of my thoughts at the sound of his voice.
" Jay we need to talk about-"
He never got to finish because at that moment the doorbell rang.
