I found myself in a forest with slim white and black burnt trees with a figure sitting in a emerald chair with a shrouded hood over their face. I did a 360 and surveyed my surrounding and when i faced the figure and realized it got closer somehow. "whoa... um where am i?" I asked looking at the figure. There was a pause then a reply which supprised me."your world is about to change forever."said a female voice. "wha-what do u mean?" I ask hoping for a reply. The hood lift up revealing a smile. "you will figure it out eventually my dear ." The lady started to dissapear as i reach out to her. "Do i know you? What does all of this mean?" She smiled sweetly and dissapeared. The world started to fade and dissapear as i fell into an abyss. I woke up to the sound of someone banging on my door. "uggh what!?" I croaked. "Get up i made breakfast come down before its cold." Bryce called from behind the door. "And might wanna take a shower" "why?" i ask rolling out of bed."jadas comming over" he said as i fall on the floor . "wait what?! Why"i say running to the door and opening it."she just wanted to comeover so i said sure." Bryce shrugged."and put a shirt on its a little too early for that man. Bryce walked away leaving me with my thoughts . I walk into my bathroom and took a quick shower. I walk to my closet and took out a blue sleeveless shirt and black jeans and pulled them on. I walked downstairs and felt better immediately. "dude what did u make it smells awesome?" I ask. " nothing much just and omlet and hot chocolate. I scrunched up my nose ." Ugh ill take coffee instead." He shrugged and handed me my plate. "thanks bud" i said and he nodded and went back to the living room for hus breakfast. I started the coffee machine and sat down at the kitchen counter to eat. Bryce might not be very social but he sure as hell knows how to cook. I finished up and walked to the living room and sat down. After a couple minutes me and bryce looked at each other. " M.K.X?"he asked. and i smiled " M.K.X" i agreed.
A hour later:
"what the fuck!" Bryce yelled as he mashed the controller buttons in a fuitile attempt to use a combo on my fighter." Why the hell wont u combo him?!" I easily blocked his combo and teleported behind his subzero and used my 10 hit 40% damage combo and ended it with my x-ray. "fucking A!!! Block.block.block it. Dammit!!!" He yelled as his block failed and scorpuon executed his x-ray .the x-ray wiped out the rest of his health. "finish him" the screen said. " and i shall."i replied and used scorpions "whos next" fatality. The head of subzero had a sword in the middle on a stone slab."fatality!" The game said as i leaned back pleased with myself. "Flawless victory" the game said.
"dude " byrce looked at me ."that was fucking awesome." I agreed and gave him a fist bump. "nice try bro ,but im just on another level" i said standing up and helping him up to his feet. "what u wanna do now?" Bryce asks as i walk to the garage."eh i think im gonna skate for a bit wanna come?"i ask looking over my shoulder. "yea lets go" be replied earnestly. I grabbed my long board and opened the garage door as bryce grabbed his skateboard and joined me. "think you can keep up?" I joked putting my board down. He chuckled and headed downhill without me. "no fair u big weenie. Come back." I said pushing off and following him. Soon enough i was ahead of him and redirected us."follow me" i said taking a hard right. I pump my legs harder gaining more speed and zipped down the empty road leading to an abandoned building. We skated there for an hour untill bryce got tired and headed home."ill meet u at home k?"i called out to him as he tiik.off from the way we came.
I sat in the parking lot of the abandoned building to catch my breath as i heard a cry of some sort from the forest nearby. "what was that?" I wonder to myself. I prop my skateboard against the building and went to check it out. I stood still and listened for the sound again..."this way "i said as i headed in the direction. I reached a clearing and found a baby wolf whimpering that wasn't the weird part. the wolf pup was sleek black with red eyes. " hey little guy"i said as he looked up at me." Wheres your family?" I asked and he looked down. "i know the feeling of being abandoned it sucks but u have to get over it and move on"i said as the pup looked up at me cyriously . I kneeled down and looked at the pup seriously."everyone needs a home ." I held out my hands towards the pup."you can stay with me if you want ok"i said carefully. The puo looked at me for a while then stepped up to me and lay his paw on my hand as i smile. "I found a new friend " i say to myself.
