do I or don't I

  "Huh? The door?" I asked confused as midnight ran downstairs and started circling my legs.
  " oh yea I almost forgot Jada is coming over." Bryce said leaning back.
  " who's Jada ?" Midnight asked me curiously .
  " I'll tell u later I promise." I said getting up to open the door.
  I opened the door to see Jada standing there as radiant as ever. Even though she was only in black jeans and a crop top , she still look beautiful no matter how little she tried.
  "Hey you." She said smiling warmly which sent shivers down my spine.
  " hey Jada. You look...really nice honestly. " I said softly looking down slightly.
  "Awe you think so, I was in a rush so I threw it on and came over." She replied as I let her inside.
  "Nice place you got here, I really like it. How do you afford all this?" She said looking here and there.
  "Not sure the townsfolk said that it's all taken care of, that's all they would say though nothing more nothing less..."I trailed off losing myself in my thoughts.
  I searched hard for the memory but all I got was random bits and pieces that made no sense to me at all. I was about to give up but I had a brief flashback.
  I was younger and someone was holding my hand ,but who...black hair, white hoodie. The person spoke to me in a melodious voice that belonged to a male.
  "were almost there little one we will meet again one day, when your older you just might remember me..." the person turned to look at me but the memory faded before I could see what he looked like followed by a sharp pain behind my eyelids.
  "Ugh." I stumbled slightly but caught myself . This resulted in a look of confusion from jada, I smiled and said I was fine.
  I was lying and she knew it but she didn't press me which I was grateful for.
  "What just happened ?" I heard midnight spake in my mind.
  "Part of something i should remember but cant, its weird ill fill you in later ok promise." I said back.
  "Hm" was all he said then i felt his presence leave my mind .
I finished giving jada the tour of the house and it was dinner time. Me and Bryce set the table as jada sat at the couch playing smash Bros.
  "Still can't believe you invited her over, what were you thinking?" I hissed at Bryce. 
  "Dude relax it's no biggie she's here just have fun and go with it alright?" He got up and declared. "Allright dinner is served please take a seat everyone."
  We all take separate seats Bryce and jada sits across from eachother as I sit at the head of the table.
  "Okay since everyone is here how about we get started-" Bryce started as I cut him off.
  "Everyone isn't quite here yet Bryce." I said softly.
  "Don't tell me you mean..." he grumbled softly.
  "Yup "
  "There's someone else living with you guys?" Jada asked confused
  "Can't believe your doing this." Bryce said putting his head on the table.
  "Midnight!" I called out.
  "Who's midni- oh my god" Jada gasped
