I'm married to Grim.
He'd told himself that for nearly a week already, but it just hasn't sunken in yet.
"You sure are working hard recently. Don't push yourself too much, okay?" his boss said as she walked over and patted Ian on the back after he set the last box down from the load he'd been working on.
"Yes ma'am, just in a good mood this week," he said with a cheerful, though tired, smile.
She watched him for a moment before returning his smile.
"Is it that beautiful young man who's been coming to pick you up most days?" she asked, clearly curious.
He had seen a lot of his coworkers checking out his man, but the ring on his finger easily nudged away any doubt he'd previously had about Grim possibly not wanting him.
The thought brought his eyes down to that beautiful ring, drawing the woman's attention down to it as well.
"Oh my, that is gorgeous!"
Hell yeah it is, and it's from my amazing husband.
His face warmed at the thought.
I'm such a dork.
He couldn't help himself, though.
"Wait, is that young man your fiancé?" she asked, her voice rising in volume as she realized what was going on.
By now he was blushing from ear to ear, but even though he was a little embarrassed, he wouldn't dare hesitate to claim his man.
"He's my husband, ma'am!"
Oops, he hadn't meant to shout that last part.
I'm still too excited, even after a week.
The best week of his life, honestly.
Grim had been fawning over him constantly, not only picking him up from work and making him the majority of his lunches and breakfasts, but even having baths ready for him on the Tuesdays and Thursdays he knew he wouldn't be able to come pick him up.
Almost every night they enjoyed each others' attention, too, and while that wasn't always sexual, he realized that Grim was honestly just as perverted as he was.
They hadn't gone all the way yet, but he was no longer worried about that, either. Grim clearly wanted him.
Ian quickly shook the perverted thoughts from his head to keep from embarrassing himself.
"Oh, well that's wonderful. He's a handsome young man and he's lucky to have such a charming, hard-working sweetheart as his match."
Ian's heart swelled as he smiled bigger.
"How about you head home a little early? We're just about done here and your man tends to get here a bit early anyways. Maybe he's already waiting for you?"
After having done a few hours of overtime already that week, Ian couldn't help but excitedly accept the offer. He was gone as soon as he grabbed his stuff from his locker, and just like his boss said, Grim was already outside, leaning against his car.
Ian felt his heart sore as he hurried over to his man and received a tight hug and slightly painful kiss. He'd honestly gotten quite used to Grim's roughness, though the man thankfully understood that there was always going to be a limit. He would gladly sacrifice his lips to his love, though, since they seemed to be what he liked biting the most.
I'm gonna start moaning in public.
Reluctantly, Ian pulled away and quickly got into the passenger's side. He could tell that Grim hadn't been done with him, but they had quite an audience already, and he was definitely not someone who liked other people looking at what was his.
