anita-*i watched the sun rise while i was standing on the balcony.i smiled stood there embracing the sun.im a senior and im dating nate.hes really good to me and i really like him.we havent had sex but i think i love him.i felt someones arms wrap around me.i turned to him and leaned into his chest.he rubbed my arm and kissed my head.*hi nate.

anita-alright so take me home because i need to get ready for school and my mom wanted me home hours ago.*he nodded his head and i grabbed the rest of my clothes.we walked to his car and i climbed to my window.i took a shower and then i got dressed in a chicago bulls tank,black jeans,black and red jordans and i put my hair in a ponytail.i put on my fake nerd glasses and walked downstairs.i grabbed my bags and looked around the living room.*MOM!

anita-COOL.*i walked outside and i saw nate.i got in his car and he drove to school.i blasted the music and we were singing to rip by 2 chainz and young jeezy.*patron shot to the head almost killed a thug rip rip rip.*aafter the song we were at school.we got out and he wrapped his arm around me.today's our first day back at school and im definitely not looking forward to it but i have to go.i found my friends so i hugged them and we reminisced over what we did over the summer.school started and in my 5 period i saw a new face.the guy was sitting there with another new face with an afro.the boy had a blonde streak in his hair.*

******-here.*o so which is which?i shrugged and just pushed them out of my mind.during that period i felt eyes on me though for some odd reason.when i looked around no one would be looking at me but i could feel it.i just ignored it through the whole period.after school i walked home because i felt like walking.when i got home i did my homework and laid in bed.when 6 rolled around i got dressed.i walked downstairs in my outfit and my mom smiled at me.*

anita-thank you.*i twirled around and she smiled.*

mom-so where are you and nate going?

anita-he wants me to meet his parents.

anita-i will.*i heard honking so i grabbed my purse and i walked to the car.i got in the passengers side and he drove off.his parents live 5 miles away from me.we talked about anything that came to mind at the time.when we got to his parents house he let me walk in first.i saw his mom and i thought she was very pretty.i hugged her and she smiled at me.*hi.

nate mom-thank you.*his dad walked downstairs and kissed nates mom cheek.*

nate-dad this is my girlfriend anita.

anita-good things im guessing.

dad-of course.*we shook hands and i saw kat walk downstairs.she was wearing a short flowy dress and her hair was in a ponytail.she looked pretty as always.i hugged her tight.*

anita-hey girly.

kat-hey.hey bro.*they gave each other dap.we all sat at the table and they asked me questions.i answered them all honestly and respectfully.after dinner they didnt want me to leave.*

nate-everyone she has to go so i will see you later because i have to take her home.

anita-bye.*i hugged everyone and walked out with nate.we walked through the forest.he wrapped his arm around my shoulders.*

nate-um..........im a vampire.*i stopped walking,talking,hell breathing i just froze.he looked at me and tried to get a reaction but i wouldnt move.you have got to be kidding me.i looked in his eyes and they looked red.o shit.i fell to the ground and he caught me a second before i hit it.i pushed him away and back away from him.*

anita-they dont exist.

nate-yes we do.i just proved it to you.*he picked up a big ass tree and showed it to me like it was a bat.i started breathing really fast and i fell to the ground.i stared at him.he put the tre back in its place and he raced over to me and touched me.i pushed him away and got up.*

anita-so kats one?*he nodded his head and i almost cried.these people told me that they would tell me everything but they lied.i looked in his eyes and i saw them change back into his beautiful blue that i fell for.*o fuck your not lying.*i didnt know what to do.this put many things into perspective.*

nate-look i told you because i love you and i want to change you.

anita-no.i refuse to be changed.i want to be human.dont take me away.

nate-if i do this we can be together.

anita-no if you do this you will be happy and i would be miserable because everyone i love dies and i have to live to see them die.i cant deal.

anita-i need to think about this.just please take me home.*he nodded his head and we walked to his car.he drove me home and i kissed his cheek.i walked to my room.i took my shoes off and changed into my pjs.i put my hair in a ponytail and laid in bed.i fell asleep and in the middle of my dream i felt a bite on my neck.i jumped out of bed screaming.my mom walked in my room and hugged me.*

mom-whats wrong baby?

anita-i had a nightmare.im fine now.

mom-ok.*i laid in bed and she kissed my head.*good night baby.

anita-good night mommy.*she smiled and walked to her room.i got up and looked in the mirror.i saw a bite mark on my neck.THAT DICKHEAD!i walked to my bed and angrily shoved the blanket over my head.that ASSHOLE!*
