Sebastian's POV
The moment Leander's name comes out of April's mouth I'm out of there, searching for him. I can hear April calling after me, but it's only white noise for me at this point. I only stop myself for transfigurating my clothes back to the uniform. I'm not going through every corner of this castle dressed up as a pirate.
I'm done with him. I don't know what Professor Sharp is planning to do about this, but even if the faculty will do anything, I am doing something first. I was already pissed off at his attitude towards April, but this? He's about to learn a thing or two. I don't care about the repercussions, right now I'm acting just on instinct. And that instinct is telling me that that piece of shit is about to know that every action comes with an equal and opposite reaction.
It doesn't seem like the Halloween party was just last night. The decorations of the Great Hall are already gone, and everybody seems to be back at their routines. Students running now and there, hanging out in the corridors. If they knew, would it be different? Everything seems normal, like nothing happened. I, on the other hand, am uneasy. I can't take my mind away from last night, and I need to know what that pervert was planning.
I don't have much trouble finding him, because, of course, he is playing in the damned Summoner's Court, being as bad as always. He's playing against a fifth year (who is actually beating his ass) when I go to him.
"Prewett." He turns his head at me, clearly annoyed. "A word. Now."
He turns back to the game, summoning a ball. "Can't you see I'm actually busy?"
"Couldn't care less. Are you coming or am I taking you?"
"Don't be ridiculous."
Oh, but I am. I grab him by the collar of his cloak and I drag him into the castle and into the little corridor that goes underground all the way to the potions classroom. He keeps shouting and telling me to let go, but I don't plan to. I don't care about the people seeing us and whispering already. Good, that way people will know what kind of rat Leander is. Finally, we arrive to a big room -more like a big closet- where they keep old paintings and stuff. The kind of place nobody visits.
"So?" I inquire, as I drop his cloak.
He pretends to clean some dust on himself, which only aggravates my annoyance. "So, what? What do you want?"
"Don't tell me you are playing dumb."
He crosses his arms and furrows. "I don't know what you are talking about." If only he could lie.
"Really? What if I bring April up? Ringing a bell?"
He looks away just for a moment. "What about her?"
I groan in exasperation. "I know you did something to her last night. She told me, so stop with the play."
He takes a few moments before saying anything, and his calm demeanour just infuriates me more. "So what? I did it to help myself a bit, but you came in the way, so all that effort was for nothing."
"Help yourself? Do you know how mad you sound?" I take a deep breath before I do something stupid. "And what do you mean "I came in the way"?"
He rolls his eyes. "Truly, a pity, you don't even know how you did it." He sighs. "She only had to say my name after drinking the potion. It was easy, that's what the seller said, but you came in the way. At least I hope you enjoyed yourself."
"What are you saying?" I pull my arms closer to my sides so I don't punch him now.
"Oh, come on. I bet she does it pretty well. She must be pretty desperate for some attention, with that body of hers. I don't know why she is so hard to-" The punch in his face arrives before I know I'm the one doing it.
