SHAARVIKA'S POV

As soon as I opened the box, a soft gasp left my mouth. My eyes widened in surprise and my lips formed a smile which reached to my ears. I covered my mouth with my other hand, not being able to accept the fact that Aryaman bought this for me.

"Aryaman this..." My heart swelled as I looked at him with happiness in my eyes, grinning. "This is so beautiful. This is so, so, so perfect." I squealed, caressing it from my fingers, featherly. "You like it, jannaya?" He asked, smiling. The nervousness which was present in his eyes got replaced with immense happiness and satisfaction.

"Like? No, I loved it. I can't believe you got me this." I replied in a serious but soft tone. He chuckled at my remark. "You know, I was going somewhere from my car when my eyes fell on this pair of jhumka. And at that very moment I knew that it would look best on you. I instantly loved it for you. It wasn't a big shop or showroom. It was a small road-side stall but still I couldn't deny my heart from buying this for you." He said, grinning. His eyes were filled with love and affection. It sparkled with joy. He was happy- beyond happy.

"You buyed me a jhumka from a street shop?" I asked in a shock filled voice. I was serious. I mean The Aryaman Raghuwanshi purchased a jhumka for me, that too from a street stall. I can't digest this fact. "Yeah, it would look good on you, that's why." He said nonchalantly, shrugging his shoulders. I chuckled at his reply and asked, "Are you for real, Aryaman." "Yes, I am my jaan. Why don't you wear these earrings and show me how good they look on you." He asked me.

"Ab aap itne payar se laye ho toh aap he phena do." I said in reply with a shy smile playing on my lips, without breaking eye contact. As she spoke, a full blown smile appeared on his lips and he nodded.

He took the box from my hand and kept it on the dressing table present there after taking out the pair of jhumka from it. He removed the lock back of one earring and gently slipped it into my earlobe's hole. He again put the lock back on to secure it, dangling on my ear.

His movements were too cautious and careful to hurt me. Even I don't wear earrings so gently.

After he finished making me wear the other earring, he gave a slight touch to the earring forward, making it jiggle slowly. The soft sound of the jiggling of the small beads of the jhumka filled our ears.
