SHAARVIKA'S POV

Everything went smooth and as planned at the temple.

A Puja was held in the temple, followed by Maha Aarti, Brahman Bhoj and tree plantation ceremony.

These are not new to me. It happens every year. These are the traditions followed since my birth. By heart and without any fail. Every year a huge puja is held for me in our ancestral temple which holds a lot of significance in our family.

The puja is concluded with a Maha Aarti. After that we conduct Brahman Bhoj by feeding five-hundred Brahmans and tree plantation ceremony by planting hundred trees in Shekhawat private forest reserve.

When we were done with everything, we came home, had a lavish lunch and rested a bit, before starting getting ready for the evening party.

The party is arranged at the backyard of our house only, as it's big enough to hold the crowd of more than five-hundred people along with huge ass decors, comfortably and efficiently.

The colour theme of my birthday is a mix of golden, silver and white. I know it's my silver jubilee but still a hint of golden beauty is something that can't be missed.

Currently, I am sitting in my room while my personal makeup and hair artists are trying their hands on me. A few of my family members are also getting ready, of course including ladies, whereas others are busy looking after the arrangements.

They can't afford mistakes or anything less than perfect when it comes to their one and only baby of the family.

Hmpph.

Today my makeup was neither minimal nor subtle, it's heavy and perfect. My eyes were bold- glittery and smoky. The base was matt and sharp while my lips were painted glossy nude brown. Meanwhile, my hair was transformed into a sleek high ponytail with a thin layer of glitters shining on my crown and sides.

"Thanks." I murmured as I took a look at my makeup and hair. "You all will get your bonus soon. You guys did a great job." I hummed in approval, making my team smile broadly, before I went inside the closet to change into the dress of the night.

The dress is a glittering champagne mini gown with a corset-style bodice, sweetheart neckline, pearl-beaded straps, lace-up back with a satin bow, and a flared A-line skirt, blending elegance with fairytale charm.

The dress is giving fairytale vibes. I am looking so hot in this outfit. So sexy. So exquisite. So gorgeous. Ummhh this look is actually defining me as a bold, hot and darling princess which I am.
