SHAARVIKA'S POV

Never thought, a two-day trip will give me so much in my life.

Never thought, mere two days can bring such a big and beautiful change in my life.

It's almost insane.

It's literally hard for me to believe that now I am someone's freaking girlfriend. And the fact is that I am in a relationship, that too serious wala, isn't it unbelievable?

A girl who always dreamed about having a fictional man-like-boyfriend but never thought about finding a real one for herself, is now finally having a boyfriend, who is even better than frictional one.

It all feels like a dream.

Currently, we are on our way back to Jaipur and I am staring at him, who is talking something important to Shrey, while sipping on my cold coffee.

And what completely took my attention is his lips.

The memories of his soft lips on my skin this morning hitted me hard like a bucket of ice water, turning my face into a bright red tomato.

The way he pampered my face with soft and deep kisses. The way he trailed his saliva from my jaw to the base of my shoulder through open mouth kisses. The way he sucked and licked the skin of my neck and collarbone, leaving fresh new sets of hickeys.

It all makes me feel like I am getting addicted to the incredible feeling of his lips on my damn skin.

I couldn't help but admire his handsome face and Greek God structure, feeling how lucky I am to have a gentleman in my life who is perfect in every way.

Sighing softly, I averted my eyes from him when it fell on the big oval stone.

As I glanced at the simmering ruby on my finger, my chest tightened with unsaid emotions. Involuntarily, my lips formed into a smile. I softly caressed the ring with my thumb, my touch feather-like. I couldn't take my eyes off it.

My eyes glimmered with happiness as my mind wandered back to the statement he gave me this morning.

“Diamonds are common and nowadays, they are found on every other woman's finger. But you are unique, jannaya, so how could I use something common to propose to you. I used the world's most precious ruby ring- Estrela de Fura, adorned with twenty-five 10 carat diamonds, to present to you as promise ring. This rare 55.2 carat ‘pigeon blood red’ ruby surrounded by precious diamonds represents your uniqueness and importance in my life.”

His words truly touched my heart. Since then only one thing revolved in my mind, “How can a person be so thoughtful?” Everytime I think ‘what can he do more beautiful than this?’, he proved me wrong, thoroughly.

“Where are you lost, my baby doll?” I snapped out of my thought and saw him sitting beside me, looking at me with those special ocean blue eyes. “In your thoughts my naye-navele boyfriend.” I replied in a teasing tone. He chuckled lightly and tucked a strand of my hair behind my ear. “Sure, my precious girlfriend.” I giggled at his answer.
