SHAARVIKA'S POV

"At least tell me where we are going." I asked as my patience broke.

He glanced at me briefly before turning his eyes back to the road and replying, "For lunch sweetheart."

"But why, we could have our lunch there." I asked him while raising my eyebrows. "Because I want to have a peaceful lunch with you. All alone." He said, focusing on driving.

I bit my lips to prevent myself from smiling. I didn't say anything to him further and turned my face toward the window.

Suddenly, I felt his hand on mine which was resting on my thigh. I looked at him with surprise but he was unbothered, his whole and sole focus was on the road.

He gently clasped his hand with mine and rested it on his thighs. In this process his hand brushed on my bare thigh.

A gentle yet strong current ran across my body making me shiver internally.

He started drawing some random pattern on the back of my palm through his thumb. All of the sudden I started feeling hot, I felt like the temperature around me was rising. From my free hand I decreased the temperature of the AC to compose my situation.

I looked at our hands and then at him. He is driving from one hand and I will not lie, the view in front me is quiet sexy.

His slightly long hair which reached a little above his shoulder was perfectly styled. I don't know why but I got this sudden urge to mess it badly. I want to run my fingers through his hair and feel it.

I squeezed my eyes and turned toward the window and tried to focus outside.

Soon we reached a lavish restaurant which comes under RGC. He stepped outside, took a round and came to my side. He opened the gate and as usual forwarded his hand to me. Which I accepted, smiling and stepped out.

My skirt rides up due to sitting and I have to adjust it but I don't know how to do it now, in front of him. I bit my lips in confusion and looked at him.

Surprisingly, he understood and without saying anything he stood in front of me, hiding my small frame from everyone. He turned his face to the other side, giving me my privacy.

I quickly adjusted my dress and said "done". He looked at me, nodded and said holding my hand " Let's go". I also smiled and nodded in response.

We started walking towards the restaurant. Suddenly a thing struck my mind, making my eyes wide in realization. "What if someone captures us like this? I mean what if someone spreads some kind of rumors about us after seeing us like this together, holding each other's hand." I said tilting my head toward him and tried to take my hands away from his hold.

Instead of letting go, his hold on my hand tightened not enough to hurt me. He didn't say anything and continued walking. As we entered the restaurant, the manager came and greeted us. We nodded in response, maintaining our emotionless face.
