We heard Ruhan Ji's voice. Maa was in front of me, and she was in direct view of him. My back was facing him. What would I tell him now?
Ohh Shit!!
What should I do now? I looked at Maa in shock, and she looked at Ruhan Ji and smiled. What would she tell him?
"Not only her. We both are going." Maa said looking at him and then looking at me and blinking her eyes to assure me.
"Where are you both going?"He asked again, his voice seeming like he was suspicious of us.
I looked towards Maa and she looked nervous then an idea struck me and I turned around to face Ruhan Ji. I looked at him and he was staring at me. He looked at me from top to bottom and I could feel heat on my cheeks.
Am I blushing??
He looked at my face again and smirked. What the fuck?
"Hum mandir jaa rhe h." I replied to his question and then looked beside me at Maa and she nodded furiously.(We are going to the temple.)
"Oh, nice." He said and looked at Maa and raised his eyebrows and signaled at me through his eyes and Maa nodded.
"Bachha mein taiyaar hokar aati hun fir chlte h." Maa said and disappeared from the kitchen.(Child, I will just come back after getting ready then we will go.)
I saw her leaving and suddenly I felt someone wrapping their hands around my waist and I immediately shivered. I then looked towards the source and saw Ruhan Ji staring at me Intensely. I looked at him with furrowed brows and confusion.
"Ji?" I asked him.(Yes?)
"I was thinking of taking you to my office with me today." He said softly this time.
Kya??? (What???)
"Par kyun?" I asked with confusion and he just looked in my eyes as if trying to read me.(But why?)
"Hum apni biwi ko unka empire dikhana chate h. Unhone aaj tak unke pati ki company ko dekha joh nhi h. Toh hum soch rhe the kyun nah aaj hum unhe apne saath le chle jisse hum unko office bhi dikha de aur hum unko aur jaan ske." He said while cupping my cheek softly with one hand and one hand was still on my bare waist. (I just wanted to show my wife her empire. She hasn't seen her husband's company till now. So, I thought why not take her today with me to show her the office and would also get to know her more.)
