Marriage Trap

Third person's pov:

It was 10 pm when Ruhan entered in the house after completing his work when Meera signaled Chachi Ji about his arrival. Chachi ji immediately went towards Dada ji's room and told him that Ruhan had arrived. They all started to perform their act.

Garima stood up from her place and went into the hall and when she saw Ruhan in the hall, she went towards him and said while cupping his face in her hand lovingly" Aa gya mera bachha".(You came, my son.)

"Ji maa, baaki sab kaha h?" Ruhan asked.(Yes Mom, where is everyone?)

"Ab kya btaun beta shaam ke time ek dum se papa ji ki tabiyat kharab ho gyi thi, doctor ko call kiya toh unhone btaya ki minor heart attack aaya tha aur bola ki unko tension nah de zyada."

 Garima told him with tears in her eyes and a few fell from her eyes. After listening to this Ruhan stood up immediately and started going towards Dada Ji's room and screamed "Why nobody called me?"(What should I say, in the evening Papa Ji's health deteriorated and doctors came, the doctor said that a minor heart attack was the cause of this and we should not give him any tension.)

He went inside Dada Ji's room and looked at him lying in his bed sideways. After looking at Ruhan, Dada Ji signaled him to come towards him. Ruhan came and sat in front of him and helped him to sit straight.

"Ruhan humari ab umar ho gyi h kuch nhi pta kab chle jaaye" Dada ji said in a low tone displaying his weakness. Ruhan's face hardened.(Ruhan, I am getting old, we never know when will I die.)

"Aisa kuch nhi hoga dada ji, hum aapko kuch nhi hone denge." Ruhan said sternly while glaring at Dada Ji in anger for talking about his death. Dada ji smiled a little after listening to this as his plan was working.(Nothing will happen to you dada ji, I won't let anything happen to you.)

"Ruhan humari ek ichha puri karoge beta?" Dada ji said looking at him innocently and Ruhan looked at him with suspicion while narrowing his eyes. Ruhan realized where all this going to end. And he realized that he had fallen into the trap.(Ruhan, will you fulfill my last wish?)

"What is your wish, dada ji?" Ruhan asked skeptically. Dada ji slowly smiled a little.

"I want to look at our soon-to-be Queen of Rajasthan, hume humari bahu ka chehra dikha do Ruhan. Hum aapke saamne haath jodhte h." Dada ji said being emotional and joining his hand in front of Ruhan. Ruhan got up from the bed angrily after watching all the drama.(I want to look at my daughter-in-law's face, I join my hands in front of you.)

"Dada ji you cannot manipulate me into marrying someone. You know I do not wish to get married. You cannot force me into doing something which I do not want to do." Ruhan said angrily. He looked at Dada Ji and started to go towards the door.

"Ruhan, I wouldn't let you have the company if you would not get married. I will give all the assets to the charity. You know that I would not back down till I get what I want so straightaway say yes for marriage and I will let you have your company." Dada ji said angrily. Ruhan was shocked to listen to his dada ji threatening him. Ruhan got angry and looked at Dada Ji with red eyes.

"Do whatever you want to do but mind my words, that girl might get the recognition of daughter-in-law of this house and Queen of Rajasthan but I will never give her the rights of my wife. I will never consider her my wife; she will be nothing to me." Ruhan screamed and went from there.

Dada Ji was in deep thought but he was positive that Ruhanika would change Ruhan and would make him consider her as his wife in no time. He was somewhat scared for the girl but all the family members were there for her if Ruhan tried to do anything to her. He knew he was being selfish but he wanted a better life for his grandson. He knew something was off with Ruhanika that's why he wanted her to be happy and in front of his eyes, so that he could protect her.

He asked his private investigator to get the information about the girl named Ruhanika in that locality and give him the information about the girl and her photograph. After a few minutes, he received the details of Ruhanika and told Garima about it, and showed her Ruhanika 's photo.He will send the marriage proposal of Ruhan for Ruhanika tomorrow. He will find out about her pain and will protect that innocent girl from the cruelty. Dada ji smiled and started making arrangements for tomorrow.
