Chapter 14 : Precautions

The shinobi's left, Sasuke Naruto and the kages remain. The silence was getting o everyone's nerve, gladly Kakashi broke the silence.

" Sasuke, Naruto we are really in a terrible situation, as Sasuke explained about Toneri and other Ōtsutsuki's, that means we have get ready for anything."

" Yes it is really a terrible course, but I can't still believe why Hiashi did something like that to Hinata. How could someone do it to their child." Naruto said out of blue.

" Seriously Naruto? " If anyone knows it better then it's you." Sasuke said.

"What do you meant by that?." Naruto asked.

" You know back when we're kids the people in the village used to bully you as a monster, right? Why was that?" Sasuke asked.

" Ya it was because I was a Jinchūriki. " Naruto said.

" And who made you that, your father, so you know better ( I am on a roll today 🥶) than anyone." Sasuke said.

" You asshole how dare you insult my father you international terrorist.!!" Naruto bite back.

" Naruto Sasuke stop joking around okay we have a situation in our hands, can we focus on it." Kakashi shouted.

" Ya,,,ya fine " Sasuke said.

" Make it fast Kakashi Sensei I want to beat up this asshole ."  Naruto said.

" Stop both of you!! " Kakashi yelled ' jeez these youngsters '.

Sasuke and Naruto stoped and sighed.

" I guess it stopped you can continue Kakashi-san." Gaara said.

" Ok as I said this is a problem we can't elaborate to the villagers, it may cause unnecessary fear amongst the villagers and may cause revolting outcome." Kakashi said.

" Yes it is for the best We can't let the villagers know about it." Onoki backed it.

"There is something I want to say, but though this is just an assumption." Sasuke said.

" Elaborate uchiha." Ao asked.

" What if Momoshiki and Urashiki went to Toneri's palace."Sasuke said.

"How come?". Kakashi asked.

" Toneri is a perfect Ōtsutsuki and in my encounter with Momoshiki and Urashiki they said they can't sense kaguya and Isshiki, that could mean that they can sense eachother, and as the scrolls explained that Toneri couldn't have a Tenseigan now that means he is weak and Momoshiki could take him to his custody and make him as his minions. It is a possibility isn't it?." Sasuke said.

" So do you mean they would lure us to them with Toneri?" Mei asked.

" Yes precisely."

"But how Sasuke?" Naruto asked.

" We have the answer it is Hinata." Sasuke said.

" Hinata?!!" Naruto was puzzled.

"How come Hinata? Explain Sasuke."Kakashi asked.

" If he abduct Hinata we would really go behind them wouldn't we?"Sasuke said.

"Yes, but how could he abduct Hinata with all of us being here?"Kakashi asked.

" Seriously Kakashi? Toneri made a contract with Hiashi without anyone noticing it. It would be cake walk for him unless you agree on me guarding the Hyuga compound. From today onwards." Sasuke said.

" That's a fair point Sasuke I didn't even see through it. I'm granting you to be guarding the Hyuga compound from today." Kakashi said.

" Kakashi Sensei that not fair I also want to protect Hinata." Naruto shouted.

" I know you want to but at the moment Sasuke is the only one who could handle a Ōtsutsuki. So I'm sorry Naruto. And the meeting is over with that. You both could leave now. We kages have to look more into it and take serious measures." Kakashi said.

" Alright then Kakashi." As Sasuke said and was about to walk out.

" But Kakashi Sensei this pure favoritism you give mis-". He couldn't continue as Sasuke grabbed him by the collar and pulled him away.

Naruto struggled to let go of Sasuke's grip.

" Let me go you bastard!! I have to ask Kakashi Sensei." Naruto shouted.

But Sasuke doesn't care for anything he has to say and exits the building. Sasuke stopped for a moment and teleported with Naruto to a training ground and threw him.

" That wasn't nice of you bastard." Naruto shouted in pain.

" What do you want to know?".

" I would ask Kakashi Sensei, I don't have to say it to you." Naruto replied.

" What do you want to know!!!" Sasuke's voice changed and his chakra started to rise.

Naruto takes a step back 'this is bad'.

" Why do you care all of a sudden?" Sasuke asked.

" Why do I care that she is my friend and I want to protect her."

" Why all of sudden ?,,,,, If I never revealed this to you or anyone would you still care."

"I will." Naruto replied.

" Don't make terrible jokes about Naruto I'm not buying that."

" I'm not joking about Sasuke, I will try to protect her at any cost."

" But jokes on you,,, I got the opportunity to protect her."

"Can I ask you, why do you care about her? whom you know for only a few weeks."

Sasuke stopped for a moment and said.

"I see something in her that you couldn't realise all these years of being friends with her."

"Huh!?" Naruto couldn't understand.

" She has a loving heart which beats for a certain someone who will never acknowledge her love for him." Sasuke said.

" Who is that idiot Sasuke?". Naruto was puzzled.

" I'm talking to him right now."

" What!!! No way she won't love someone like me."

At this point Sasuke has lost it. In a flash Sasuke grabbed Naruto by the throat and pinned him to the tree behind.

" You asshole!!! Do you have anything in your head,,,, she protected you from pain and confessed her love for you and you deaf asshole couldn't understand it. Even in the war she tried to help you reject Obito's offer and you still couldn't understand. And recently what happened in the hospital you couldn't bring the pieces together. And now all of a sudden you want to protect her. Seriously!!?"

" But I -" he was cut off by Sasuke.

" Don't say a f*cking word, ,,, you don't deserve to say anything,,,,,, you break her heart and still you think I'm gonna let you to happen it again.,,,,,  ain't no way in hell,,,,,, she deserves better."

Sasuke released his grip and let Naruto there and walked off to the Hyuga compound.

Meanwhile in the Hyuga compound.

Neji and Hinata entered the house and the elder Hyuga's started asking questions about Hiashi . Neji nodded Hinata to go back to her room. As she nodded back and went into her room.

But unbeknownst to her there was someone else also waiting for her in the room.
