Davian was feeling suicidal, so he did what any sane person would do....

Provoke a former military commander who led the allied forces in the wars of--- of...of?
Never mind he has yet to finish reading his book about Cale Henituse's achievements...

(The book was helpfully supplied by a very... very enthusiastic white haired man with green eyes.. he seemed familiar but Davian didn't dwell on it much considering he had a whole 9 volumes on Cale's achievements to read.)

Davian stared at the half asleep red head for a solid 19 minutes, before he bit the bullet and approached him with a coy smile.

"Cale..~"

The man in question barely spared him a glance before sighing and moving away a bit to make space for Davian beside him.

The mage though outwardly smiling was torn inside between two choices.

1. Sit beside him and face immediate consequences of the provocation he was about to do.
2. Stand instead of taking the silent offer and look like an ungrateful brat.

...Naturally he choose the second one, because no matter how much he loved Cale, how much he adored him he wasn't a dumb sheep who didn't know about how dangerous the redhead can be when he wants to.

Cale raised an eyebrow seemingly uncaring about the gesture but the slight spilt second of narrowing his eyes betrayed the low key irritation he felt, now don't get him wrong he wasn't irritated because Davian didn't sit beside him.. but rather that he had moved from his comfortable spot specially for him and the mage didn't even bother taking up the offer.

Davian shifted slightly, the movement subtle and almost, almost unnoticeable.

After a beat of silence the mage spoke.

"...So~ I was saying, that It's time that I should tell you about my... my girlfriend."

The redhead didn't even spare him a glance as he leaned back and spoke in a deadpan voice.

"If you had a girlfriend you wouldn't be leeching on me last night... and the nights before."

'Fair enough... but geez does he have to be this blunt?'

Davian: 0
Cale: 1

But Davian wasn't about to give up, it was a matter of pride (and suicide attempt-- in my humble opinion of course.)

"What about it? Can't I two time with a beauty? I'm still young afterall."

The unimpressed stare that he received spoke volumes.

"Says the man who complains about backpain every five minutes"

"...."

Davian cleared his throat, clearly his past drama was catching up to him rapidly.

"...You know what.. I think you don't love me anymore like you used to."

The mage internally cringed at his own words, he sounded like an overrated sappy soap opera's female lead and judging by Cale's expression he thought so too.

But before Davian could say something (probably stupid, because being smitten for a man does that no matter how smart or composed someone is) again Cale's lip curled up in a small smirk, his eyes had a predatory gleam as he spoke, his words a lazy drawl.

"oh.. is that so~? are you Implying that I'm neglecting you? Should I love you like I used to.. do visit my room tonight, I'll make sure you have no more complaints about my... 'love' dear heart."

'...Okay.. why did this escalate so quickly again?'
