Natasha is still piloting the jet but the co-picket seat is empty while Tony and Kindle talk in the corner. Loki is strapped down in the back of the plane while Cap, still in his suit but with the cowl pulled back watches.

Nat is speaking to Fury over the comm's.

"He saying anything?" The director asks.

"Not a word." Nat responds. "But Stark and Kindle seem to have plenty to discuss."

Fury snickers in amusement. "Just don't let her kill him. And get Loki here, we're low on time."

"You were supposed to stay safely on Fury's super secret boat. Not helping confront alien mass murder's." Tony frowns.

Kindle crosses her arms and gives him an unimpressed look. "I'm sorry. Since when did I volunteer for the little woman who stays at home position?" She demands.

"I... um that is..." Tony stutters, knowing this conversation is about to very much NOT go his way. "That is... I mean. That's what you do. With the you in my ear while I do the... you know flying and shooting..." he accesses her expression. "There is no way for me to win this one is there?"

"Nope." She pops and arches a brow.

Tony reaches out and cups her cheek. "I'm sorry I came off like a controlling jerk. I just worry. You are the only thing in this would I can't afford to lose Kindle."

"You're not gonna lose me Tony. I promise." She pulls his head down and presses her forehead to his. "And if you're very good, I let you be as controlling as you want later." She promises with a mischievous smile.

Tony's dark eyes go molten and he grins in excitement as Kindle heads back to the cockpit.

Tony walks up to Captain America who nods to the oddly quiet Loki. "I don't like it." Steve comments.

Tony considers Loki as well. "What? Rock of Ages giving up soeasily?"

Steve shrugs. "I don't remember it being that easy. This guy packs a wallop."

"Still, you were pretty spry, for anolder fellow. What's your thing? Pilates?" Tony asks.

Steve frowns in confusion. "What?"

"It's like calisthenics." Tony explains. "You might have missed a couple of things.Y'know, doing time as a Cap-sicle."

Steve doesn't look impressed. "Fury didn't tell me he was calling you in."

"Yeah, there's a lot of things Fury doesn't tell you." Tony agrees.

There's a flash of lightening and a clap of thunder as a storm rolls in from out of nowhere.

"Where's this come from?" Nat asks.

"No ideal. There was nothing on radar." Kindle is checking instruments as Loki leans forward, looking out of the front cockpit window.

"What's the matter? Scared of a little lightening?" Steve asks.

"I'm not overly fond of what follows." Loki admits and looks up to the sky.

There is a sudden thump on top of the quinjet. Like something just landed on the roof. Kindle, Tony, Steve, and Natasha look up.

There is another flash of lightning and Natasha increases the speed as Steve pulls up his cowl and grabs his shield while Tony grabs his helmet and puts it on. Tony pushes a button on the wall and opens the ramp of the jet.

"What are you doing?" Cap asks just as Thor enters, jumps down on the ramp and strolls in with a furious expression focused on Loki. Ironman steps in front of him but he bats him away, sending him crashing into Cap. He grabs Loki by the neck and with no explanation jumps out of the jet.
