Stark Mansion,
Malibu, California.Tony and Happy are boxing in the gym, Kindle is curled up on a nearby sofa with her tablet running through new combinations of elements. Pepper walks in the room and calls out to Tony.
"The notary's here! Can you please come sign the transfer paperwork?"
Tony glances up from his punch. "I'm on Happy time." Tony hits Happy in the face with his elbow with a smirk. "Sorry."
"What the hell was that? Happy demands.
Tony shrugs. "It's called mixed martial arts. It's been around for... three weeks."
Happy glares. "It's called dirty boxing, there's nothing new about it"
Tony raises his tapped fists. "All right, put them up. Come on." The Notary walks in and both Happy and Tony's attention immediately shifts to her. She's... stunning. Shoulder length auburn hair, maybe an inch or two taller than Kindle's slight 5'2" frame but the newcomer moves with a focus and purpose that commands attention.
"I promise this is the only time I will ask you to sign over your company." Pepper informs Tony.
"I need you to initial each box." The red head hold a tablet out to Pepper.
Happy taps Tony on the back of the head with a light punch, not enough to hurt him but it gets Tony's attention. "Lesson one. Never take your eye off..." Tony kicks him in the chest and Happy crashes into the corner of the ring and against the bell.
Tony grabs his water bottle and takes a long pull of the chlorophyll. "That's it. I'm done. What's your name, lady?" Kindle tilts her head at him in thought.
The notary looks up and blinks an admittedly amazing set of emerald eyes at him. "Rushman. Natalie Rushman."
Tony motions her toward. "Front and centre. Come into the church."
Pepper looks at Tony mortified. "No. You're seriously not gonna ask..."
Tony interrupts her and addresses Natalie. "If it pleases the court, which it does."
Natalie smiles at Pepper. "It's no problem."
"I'm sorry." Pepper apologizes. "He's very... eccentric." Kindle snickers to herself and starts a background check.
Natalie enters ring and Tony watches her and swigs down more chlorophyll before glancing at Happy. "Can you give her a lesson?"
Happy nods. "No problem."
Tony steps out of ring and towards Kindle, he sits down next to her and leans in to kiss her cheek making Kindle wrinkle her nose at how sweaty he is... and not the good kind of sweaty.
"Pepper." Tony announces looking at the strawberry blond.
Pepper narrows her eyes at him. "What?"
"Who is she?" Tony asks.
Pepper looks at him seriously. "She is from legal. And she is potentially a very expensive sexual harassment lawsuit if you keep ogling her like that."
Tony smirks. "I need a new assistant, boss."
Pepper nods in agreement. "Yes, and I've got three excellent potential candidates. They're lined up and ready to meet you."
Tony shakes his head. "I don't have time to meet. I need someone now. I feel like it's her." He nods towards the ring.
"No, it's not." Pepper disagrees.
Tony glances at Kindle. "What did you find Kin?"
Pepper looks at Kindle surprised. "What? Did you google her?"
