14: Or Maybe Not

((I learned yesterday that this book has the name of a song...that fits oh so well XD))

Phyxia's POV 

 I woke up an yawned, stretching till I touched something. I squeaked and looked up, seeing Dave. He looked down and smirked, "Hello" he said. I blushed and nodded, hugging him.  

He wrapped his arms around me and I groaned. "Davvvve" "What?" "\_|_/e need to talk..." "aren't we talking right now?"  

I glared, "you kno\_l_/  \_l_/hat I mean"  

I examined him and realized that since this morning, he had put his glasses back on.  

I stared at his face and he sat there allowing me to. 

I blushed and said, "Sorry," burrowing into his neck. 

He chuckled, "For what?"  

I blushed even more, "You kno\_|_/ \_|_/hat..." "Nope, tell me" he smirked. 

I groaned and slid out of his arms, kissing him. 

"you know, you being a ...whatever that is...doesn't bother me. You are pretty that way."  

My eyes widened. "Bu-" he cuts me off. 

"I'm not saying that you used to be ugly, but you are still pretty as an alien."  

I winced, closing my eyes. He rushed out an, "OKAY SO I DIDN'T MEAN IT LIKE THAT! Not that different is bad, but you certainly are not human."  

I slowly nodded, "Obviously" 

He smiled softly, "But I still like you." 

I sighed...'I love him, but he drives me up the wall' 

I smiled and kissed him, getting up. 

-Time skip 1 month- /overtime they got closer, through small memories here and there. The little jokes about the others while they sat on their couch. They always sat there and she sat, snuggled into his side, not that he minded though./  

I got up, next to Dave since he always slept with me at my house.  

I kissed him and got up, walking downstairs.  

I threw biscuits into the oven and grabbed bacon, throwing it into the microwave.  

Feferi walked in, most of the trolls has turned. Only Sollux, Vriska, and Kanaya haven't. 

I smiled and waved. She grinned and glubbed, which she earned a meow back. 

I stretched and got down the plates.  

Thankfully, Kanaya and Rose got together in an apartment, and Eridan left, along with Equius and Nepeta.  

So that left Aradia (troll) , Vriska, John, Feferi (troll), Sollux, Tavros and Gamzee (trolls), whose relationship was still strong as ever, Terezi (troll), Karkat (troll), Jade, and Dave of course. So it was  

12 people in one house...pretty hectic.  

Dave walked down the stairs, yawning.

I smiled and kissed him.  

He sighed and smiled barely. I handed them their plates and walked into the bathroom. 

I came out a few minutes later and John was sitting with his body snuggled into Dave's side.  

My face crumpled, and I grabbed my plate looking around the room for a place to sit. 

Dave wasn't talking to us, only whispering to John, who giggled and whispered in response. 

Feferi glanced at me and half smiled, to which I softly smiled back. 

Terezi licked my cheek, "C4LM DOWN R41N3" 

I smiled, I asked them to continue to call me Raine, for their comfort. 

I leaned into Dave's conversation, not catching a word. 

I sighed and got up, Dave got up and followed. I walked into my room and started folding clothes. 

I sighed and shook my head. 

I got up and tried slinking past him. 

He grabbed me by the waist and kissed me. 

"Love you Egbert" Dave said. 

I froze and so did he. "I meant Raine!..."
