Naira's stay in her home for the ritual was now over, and she had returned to the Rathore mansion. Today was her reception night. She stood in front of the mirror, dressed in a mesmerizing silver saree, adorned with heavy silver jewelry. Her hair was half-clutched, and the red sindoor in her hair partition added an extra touch of grace, while her wrists were covered in red bangles.

Inside the room, Ashna, Smita, Kiara, and Ishita complimented her as she got ready.

"You look absolutely stunning, Naira!" Ishita beamed, adjusting her saree.

Naira smiled, feeling a warmth in her heart.

As she stepped out of the room, she found her husband, Rudransh, standing near the door, engrossed in his phone. He looked up when he heard the door creak open, and his eyes immediately met hers. Naira could feel his gaze scanning her from head to toe, taking in every detail of her appearance.

Rudransh, still holding his phone, froze for a moment, his eyes lingering on her. He was dressed in a sharp black tuxedo, exuding an air of elegance.

Naira cleared her throat, hoping to break the awkward silence that hung between them. Rudransh, realizing the moment, quickly shifted his gaze elsewhere, visibly uncomfortable.

"Hum log ja rahe hain, tum log aajao!" Smita called out from the hallway. (We are leaving now, you guys come too!)

With that, the ladies left, giving Naira and Rudransh a moment alone. He extended his hand towards her, a silent invitation to join him. Naira hesitated for a split second before placing her hand in his, feeling the warmth of his touch. Together, they walked down the grand staircase.

As they descended, all eyes in the room turned toward them. The guests paused in their conversations, admiring the beautiful couple as they made their way through the crowd. The atmosphere was filled with whispers, but Naira focused on keeping her composure, walking gracefully beside her husband.

The reception was buzzing with energy, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. The couple moved from one group to another, greeting their guests and exchanging pleasantries. While everyone else was busy chatting, Naira and Rudransh sat in silence , the tension between them visible.

The Randhawa's came up to the stage as Naira who was seated on the big couch, closed her eyes in frustration and sighed.

Rudransh got up as Naira got up too.

" Humein pata nai kis baat se problem h tumhe hamshe,Naira par tum Rudransh ki biwi ho aur Rudransh ko v mein utna hi apna manti hu jese Natasha aur Nishant aur aab tumhe v toh hume koi bura nai laga h tumahare bartab se...yeh lo hamare taraf se."

Devi Randhawa said as she extended the gift box towards them. Even the sweet words from her mouth were like a poison.

Rudransh took the gift as he smiled politely.

" Sach mein apko nai pata? Kya aap chahti mein khud batadu sabko ki kyu prblm h mujhe aapse? Aur rhi baat apko bura lagne ki na lagne ki I don't care, apko bura lagta h ki nai aur yeh jo natak krhi h na mere samne ache banne ki please stop that shit!"
Naira said as Devi's smiled flattered.

If Rudransh wasn't beside her, than she would have giving a better reply.

" Naira!"

Rudransh spoke up but Natasha started speaking up,

" Naira stop this! The way you are behaving with my family from the very starting is intolerant now. My family ain't saying something that doesn't mean that you will speak and behave however you can. Just apologise!" Natasha said, her deamanor strong and fearless.
