In early century A.D., after the ascension of Christ, there arose a young Greek ruler named Alexander. He later became known as Alexander the Great because of his continuous victory and rapidly increasing territory size. He grew in power and his empire grew in size, strength and reputation; he became the man to beat, though no man and no army ever seemed to beat him. Until he battled King Porus. Finally, Alexander the Great was defeated. His people could depend on him no more. But our God is not like that. We can always depend on Him. Why? God is unconquerable. When you're fighting battles in life you have no need to fear defeat because God is leading the battle. No man, no army, and no force can ever defeat Him. He will always be victorious.

Deuteronomy 20:4 "For the Lord your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory."

Romans 8:31 "What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?"

Unconquerable.

How powerful.
