what's a better way to start valentine's day by waking up to a shrieky alarm that starts you out of your bed?
you woke up from the stupid alarm and slammed open the window curtains to let in the light that shone as it flooded the room and deep fried your eyes. it was peaceful. too peaceful.
"wait! it's valentine's!!" you screamed to yourself. the alarm woke you up at exactly eight in the morning, so now you had just an hour to get ready.
despite having no special lover or person to confess to during this year's valentine's, your schedule for february 14 was packed. it was scribbled in your phone's notes app the dates, times, people, and activities you had planned. at 9, you would leave the house and meet up with tsumuji and lana. the three of you would walk around the village booing at couples before having a dessert breakfast at gram, a pancakes shop. goodbye would be at 11, and then you'd meet up with kaji, kusumi, and enomoto for a barbeque lunch in the mall you visited many chapters ago. it left you with the afternoon to spare for studies and whatever else that comes impromptu.
you picked up your phone as you multitasked—brushing your hair, picking out clothes, and opening the trump's last hair strand group chat at the same time. you were sure that you'd only use maybe an hour or so of the afternoon for studying anyway, so the thought of staying over at someone's place for dinner or a sleepover shined particularly to your eyes.
