Lynn's POV
It's been three long months already. No sign of Deanna anywhere. Not even a call or text message from her. I tried calling while I was in the hospital dozens of times but she never answered so I gave up. I decided that if she found me in that warehouse then she can find me again.
But then feeling like my other half was gone and feeling no other emotions anymore, I accepted that she was gone. Never going to come back, because she was dead somewhere around the world. I just hope that she was the one that killed Lily and Tiffany. That was the only thing I was hoping. She has to be dead because she would have found me by now.
"Lynn! Lynn!" I snapped out of my thoughts hearing someone yelling at me.
"Huh?" I blinked and looking at the red face of my boss.
"Miss Montez you need to pay attention or I won't repeat myself ever again."
"Yes Mr. Cortez."
"What I was just saying, is that I have a job for you to do. It's little bit more dangerous and you will get enough money for you to live off for about six more months. Do we have a deal?" He lean back in his chair and clasped his hand together waiting for my decision. I took a moment to think about it. What's the harm of doing it? So far I have been doing minor jobs that have been easy and less thrilling.
I stuck out my hand. He gave me a huge smirk, approving of my decision and leans towards me and took my hand in his. I smiled back. Deal has been done again.
"All you got to do is go work at a strip club for about a week. While you are working there you will meet a girl that goes by the name of Red. She has done something to me a while back and I want her dead by the end of that week. Can you do that for me?"
I looked at him with wide eyes for a moment. Can I really do that? Can I be a stripper for only a week? And by the end of the week I get to kill a human being? I have never killed anyone before only going as far as beating a person up till they have to go to the hospital. Never taking a person's life. I always thought that was a sin and morally wrong. Huh screw it maybe she really deserves it.
"I can do it sir." I got up and shook his hand again. Doing business is too easy for me. I left his office with a huge grin. I will be getting money which means I can finally move out that huge sleazy mansion that I have been living in for months. Mr. Velázquez treated me as his daughter and I appreciate that but his son... well he tried to get into my pants so many times I finally grew tired of it and punched him in the face. That stopped him from ever going near me again. Also so many strangers come in and out of the house every day that anyone could try to hurt me. I was scare for my safety so I talked to Velázquez and he was upset about me leaving but was more concern about my worries of my safety.
I have been saving up money that I can buy a house and everything I need for it. The only problem is if I am going to be living by myself, I have to still stay connected with the mafia. That means Mr. Cortez will be my boss until I will die. I will get money but I want a job that I enjoy and that doesn't deal with the mafia. Soon I am going to be away from the mafia.
Deanna's POV
I finally reached the door that will get me out of Hell. I looked at the piece of art work. It had symbols and pictures carved into the martial that is made out of the door. The images of the pictures made me shiver in terror and disgust but I shook it off as I stuck out my hand to touch the exit to my freedom.
"What else do I got to do now, Mike?" I turn my head to the side to look at the angel that helped me along the crazy adventure through Hell. He just smiled at me and stepped closer to me till ours hips were touching.
