Chapter 13 of LFA

Deanna's POV

I woke up with my alarm blaring in my ear. I rolled over and knocked it off my night stand and it turned off automatically. I groan loudly and rolled out of bed. I felt like shit not from being sick I actually felt better physically but I felt like shit emotionally.

I went to the shower and stayed in there for 30 minutes, half the time I was cutting myself from the razor I have kept for a while. This time I cut deeper in my right wrist. I was crying the whole time as I sat with the water pouring down on me and let the blood flow out down the drain. I stood up on shaky legs and finished washing my self.

I got out of the shower, dried my body, brush teeth, etc... and dressed as fast as I can.

I jumped on my bed and picked up my phone. I dialed her number quickly and put the phone at my ear, waiting for her to pick up.

"Deanna! I'm so sorry I didn't come over to see you when I said I was on my way!"

"It's okay. You were in my dreams last night so that made it up for not showing up." I was smiling when I heard her voice.

"Really? What were we doing in your dream?"

"Well the dream felt real..." I told her every single detail I could remember.

"Wait a second how did you know my face is bruised?"

"I don't know but you looked like that in my dream."

"Weird. Maybe you are physic?"

"Nah that would be crazy."

"Yea." We laughed at it for a moment.

"Who are you talking to?" I looked up and saw Suzie looking at me with a spurious gaze.

"My mom."

"Okay well you better hurry up before you are late for school."

"Yes ma'm." I waited till she left.

"Sorry I got to go."

"Bye I love you."

"Love you too." I ended the call and put my cell in my pocket. I grabbed my back pack and left the apartment in record time. I picked up Rosalina on the way to school since she doesn't live that far from where I live.

"Everyone is still talking about that missing woman. Guess what the police found out that could help them."

"What?" We made it to school and I parked my car and we got out.

"There was a woman she left with at a bar she was at the night before she went missing. No one actually saw what the woman looked like but it is a lead right?"

"Yea that's cool. I hope they find the missing woman." Yea right they won't find her or me.

"Me too. Her family is freaking out. They said she always tell them where she is going."

We went through school like normal but my mind couldn't pay attention to any lessons. I couldn't get Lynn out of my head.

"De your mind has been somewhere else the whole day." I felt a nudge on my arm. I look at Rosalina. We were at my car and she was looking at me with worry.

"Sorry I just have a lot on my mind that's all."

"You can tell me." I bit my lips and looked down at the ground. I could tell her the truth. She has been so kind to me. I trust her.

"I've been thinking about the girl my parents didn't want me to see anymore."

"Oh really?" She winks at me. I knew I could trust her. We got in the car and grabbed the steering wheel.
