Looking For Angels Chapter 4

Lynn, Eli and their two friends left lunch and headed to their 6th period.

"Hey, Montez!"

Lynn turned around and saw Johnny Velasquez running down the hall way towards her.

"Hey." She said when he reached her.

"I was wondering if you were going to my party tonight."

"Uh. I don't know. I have work."

"Okay that's fine. I guess I'll see you later then."

He raked his hand in his hair and looked at Lynn.

"Yea. See ya."

Lynn walked away to her class.

After Lynn was done with her 6th and 7th classes she met up with her brother and friends.

"Are you ready?" Eli asked.

"Yup."

Her brother started the truck and they headed to their house.

On their way they dropped off Kedrick and Angelina at their houses.

"So how are we going to do this party with the SOWE gang coming on our territory and crashing our people's party?" Eli asked in his and his sister's house where their two uncles, Ezequías and Gonzalo, their two cousins, Eloñio and Armand, their grandfather Joé Luis, his sister and him in the living room.

Their mother was out getting food at the Mexican market near by.

"This is how I see it. Since it's a high school party the SOWE is going to only have their high school kids crashing it so let's have only kids as well." Joé Luis said.

"That will work." Armand said excitedly. Lynn, Eloñio, Ezequías and Gonzalo smiled and high five each other while Eli and his grandfather laughed at them.

"I'll start calling around the closet gang members around here." Their grandfather said and got up to do that.

"So who is he gonna call?" Ezequías asked.

"Don't know maybe David, Carlos, you know, those types of gang members." Gonzalo said.

"Maybe, guys like Big E." Lynn said and her brother, cousins and uncles looked at her shocked.

"Big E hell no! Not him! He could kill anyone of us if we piss him off enough and he is just 19 years a lot younger than me." Ezequías said a little too loud.
