Once I got home I said a quick hello to my brothers and my mom and took everything to my room to be put away. Then walked out into the living room and asked my brothers where mom was. To which they reply with a shrug of their shoulders because they are too lazy to even bother with remembering where she told them she was going. So I first check in her room and when she's not there I go to the garage where she is about to walk inside straight into me. We both laugh and I tell her I'm leaving to go to the store to go get some hair dye. She asks for me to bring back a pizza from Lil Caesars' and hands me a ten dollar bill.

"Do any of you boys want to come with me?" I question my little brothers. Irin stays sitting and responds with a typical shake of his head but to my surprise Gunner wants to come along and he stands up to put his shoes on.

"Alright mom, we'll be back soon! I love you" I shout on our way out!

"Love you too, be safe!" She calls after us. Gunner and I walk out to my car and as I unlock it he asks if he can go hang out with his friends at the mall. So that's why that little punk wanted to come, he wanted a ride.

"Fine, Ill drive you and your friends to the mall, if you pay for my gas." I tell him.

"Okay, fine we'll pay you twenty dollars." Wow, I think, I was asking for maybe five, but if you want to pay me that much, then sure. So Gunner shows me the way to his first friend's house, and we pick him up and then a few blocks over his second friend then to the mall where they wanted to go.

"Here" Gunner says as he shoves the money in my hand.

"Thanks, and look I'll be back at 6:30 to pick you up, alright?"

"Yeah, fine" He responded and slams the door. Dang, what is up with that kid and his mood swings. One day him and I will be the best of friends and get along and laugh and then the next day I want to rip his head off, but that's siblings for you, I guess. So the time I drop them off is around 4:50, so I head to go fill my car up, considering I have been driving everywhere today. Then I head over to Wal-Mart to get the hair dye I was wanting. I find this one that is supposed to make my hair a purpleish color and I am super stoked. It says the color is called imperial purple. Interesting... What time is it? Shoot already 6, did the time really pass by me that quickly? Wow. I should really stop talking to myself. I go and pay for my three boxes of hair dye, what can I say? My hair is long and I don't know how well I'm going to like the color, or I just make excuses for my weird behaviors. OH well. After I leave Wal-Mart I head over to buy two pizzas from Lil Caesar's and see that it is now 6:15, perfect, Gunner should be waiting outside for me when I go to pick him and his little friends up. I show up to the mall at exactly 6:30 and drive around the whole mall and there is no sign of my little brother. I know that he can act like a jerk sometimes but I know for sure that my brother wouldn't be ten minutes late to meet me outside. We were all raised better than that. I decide not to freak out or panic and call his cell phone first, so I call and when it keeps ringing all the way to voicemail I hang up and park my car in the nearest parking space. My brother answers his phone no matter what, even during school when he isn't allowed to he'll walk out of class to answer it. I know something is wrong now. I am about to walk into the mall when I hear something coming from the other corner outside, I am about to blow it off when I hear my brothers voice scream, "Get the hell away from me you little shit!" that's my cue to start running. I turn the corner to see my little brother on top of his ...friend? Wait, that's the first kid we picked up today. What the heck, I don't have time to question what's going on, I run behind my brother and grab the back of his shirt to pull him off. At first he just swings back at me thinking it's someone trying to back up the kid on the ground but when he sees me he automatically stops punching the kid under him and seeing the opportunity, his 'friend' punches him in the jaw, knocking him off of him. Before you can blink both boys are on their feet again ready to fight some more, but going into big sister mode, I grab Gunner and pull him back before he gets the chance to damage the kid even more than he did. Then right before his friend is about to leap some older boy looking around my age grabs Gunners friend, Jason, I think. When I see Gunner is going to stay and not launch at the kid again I let go of him and start questioning them for an explanation.
