The Crossing of Worlds

Chapter 7- T.V Forest

We're definitely in the T.V forest." Takuya said, looking around much like everyone else. But all that is seen in trees and bushes.

Silence is all that answers Takuya due to everyone still thinking and processing everything that's happened in the past hour.

For the chosen, finally getting contacted by the digital world while discovering a whole new world and new digidestined. On Top of seeing their partners again and then learning that their digital world was gone. Learning why they were called there and then fleeing from old enemies thought to be gone. Even that the digidestined, or warriors as they are called, to represent elements, even darkness.

And for the warriors returning to the digital world and learning they were not alone. Meeting more kids that knew of the digital world and reuniting with their spirits. Even seeing long time friends. But then learning why they were called back and having to flee, leaving behind three friends.

And now they're stuck, for some in an unknown place and for others a place with bad memories.

After an unknown amount of time all anyone can feel is the uncomfortable and tense silence. The tension is so thick it can be cut with a knife when finally someone cuts into the silence.

"So, what are meat apples?" Tai asked Takuya.

Takuya couldn't help but laugh at the sudden question. Causing others to laugh as well. Which made most of the tension in the air to go down.

"Well he does have a point," Davis said. "Speaking of apples, I'm starving."

"Yeah me too." V-mon said.

At the reminder of food almost everyone's stomach rumbled. Which reminds them that they haven't eaten in a while.

"Maybe we should walk a little more and find a better place to camp." Sora said, standing in front of a glaring T.K. She knew how he was when it comes to anything that has to do with darkness. They didn't need a fight to break out.

Matt also knew what his brother was like. Matt turned to look over at the twins and saw that Koji was also glaring while Koichi was trying to block his view to T.K. It seems he also caught on to the fact a fight might break out if those two talked.

Others were also looking in the two's direction sensing the tension in the air coming from them. With both groups doing their best to make sure that Koji and T.K don't talk to each other now.

And so after walking for another half an hour in pure silence the group, seeing the sun beginning to set, decided on a spot to set up camp.

Located by the biggest meat apple tree they could find were mainly trees and bushes. The occasional leaf and twig on the ground. With a big open space between it all.

Everyone unconsciously decided to scatter around the area. With the digimon, minus Bokomon and Neemon, looking around making sure that the area was secure.

The warriors decided to do the same as last time and use the leaves from the trees to use as beds. While grabbing some leaves from nearby J.P looked over at the scattered digimon, finally getting a look at them. He noticed one of them looked familiar.

"Hey, isn't that Gabumon?"

The others look over at the mentioned Gabumon, who was looking through some bushes with Agumon and a flying Tentomon.

I dont think it's the same Gabumon though. Remember J.P he's from a different digital world." Zoe responded, also looking in their direction. Zoe along with the others take a better look at the digimon. Not really having a chance to properly look at them.
