He did it.
He was successful.
He succeeded in getting the name of the main suspect out of her.
Now what would happen to her?
Would they beat her up again?
Would they spread rumours again?
Would they put her in such a situation that even her closest friend will no longer want to be her friend anymore.
"Leonie? I don't think I've come across that name in the school records...Does she perhaps attend a different school?" He asked.
"That's all I'll say...Their name is Leonie."
"So this person could either be a male or female huh?" He thought. "Alright. You don't wish to say anything else?"
She nodded. "No...But I do have a question. How many of the girls did you ask from school?"
"About three quarters of the year group. We have about sixty girls left to question. Why? Is there anyone in particular you wish to be interviewed?" He replied.
Rosie nodded, "No...No." she answered, avoiding eye contact with him.
"You seem unsure about it. You can just say a name."
"Should I ask him about Rina? No, I shouldn't get her involved...How about Alex? I'm not sure...I mean...Considering that post he sent online...No, although he said some really hurtful words in that post...I just don't think it balances all the good things he's done for me, no matter what his intentions were...But I'm not even supposed to think about him anyways, I said I'd forget about him! But most importantly...Hannah. Seeing as I've already mentioned Leonie - the most dangerous one - it shouldn't be too harmful if I mention Hannah then."
She cleared her throat as she talked again. "Hannah...Have you talked to Hannah?"
"Hannah? Hannah....Hmm..." He began to flick through his book. "Ah yes, Hannah Zimmerman, correct?"
She nodded.
"Yes...She was interviewed by Mr Ivanovich, though. It seems I'll have to do another interview with her so I can see for myself...Anyways, do you wish to say anything else?"
"No. That's all. I'd really appreciate it if you could keep me anonymous when mentioning me to them."
"Of course I will. I understand that even saying anything at all must be quite difficult for you, so stay strong, Ms Adelstein." He exclaimed, a warm smile forming on his face.
As she looked at him, she suddenly felt a wave of emotion, her eyes beginning to tear up. "Why am I crying!? What...!?"
"Ms Adelstein, is everything ok?"
All of a sudden, the door slowly opened, Ivanovich came walking in. "Is the questioning finished?" He inquired.
Officer Lunge nodded his head. "I believe we should have her headed to the hospital now. Ms Adelstein, do you mind taking a step outside for a moment? You'll be helped by one of the social workers."
"Alright." She muttered as she began to walk outside.
She sat down as she shook her legs nervously.
A few minutes later, a young woman came walking to her. She wore a scarf which covered her hair and wore loose, modest clothing. "Hello there, you must be Rosalynn Adelstein, correct?" She asked.
Rosie nodded. "Yes. That's me."
"Perfect. My name is Amina Yasmine. You can refer to me however you like. I'm part of the social services team within the station. Do you mind if I ask you a few questions before you make your way to the hospital?" She explained in a calm tone.
