"I'm sorry..." I trailed as Damon stood in front of me with his arms folded. "Angus was really convincing."

"Yeah I know, I just thought you would have been smarter in those circumstances."

"Me too." I sighed.

"And now they're on the loose having a killing spree every hour of the day. The council even noticed missing people."

"It wasn't Tilly's fault." Stefan butted in. "Stop blaming her."

"Thank you." I smiled at him.

"You see. Now you're making Tilly go smug."

I just giggled at Damon's comment.

"You're back." I heard a voice say. It was Katherine. She walked up to me, staring me in the eyes. "Make any friends in the forest?" she asked.

"I thought I did..."

"But you saw a hint of likeness in them?"

I shrugged. "I guess you could say that."

"Katherine. Shut up." Damon warned.

She stepped back, smirking at him.

"Just a simple test."

I raised my eyebrows. "Test?"

"Don't listen to her-" Damon spoke just to be cut off.

"To see if you've gone evil. Or if you were evil from the start."

"I'm not evil!" I gasped. "I'm actually pretty offended by that."

"Too bad." Katherine sneered. I frowned. "Anyway, I think I've solved your missing persons problem."

"You have?" Stefan asked.

"What? You don't believe me?" she questioned, raising an eyebrow. "They tried stealing something from me. Something valuable. Now I want to teach them not to double cross me. All I need is one thing."

"What?" I asked.

"You." she smiled. "You coming?"

"Don't go with her Tilly? Do you really want to be surrounded by people as bad as her?"

Katherine walked up to Damon, looking him up and down. "Trust me Damon. She already is one of us."

With that, Katherine grabbed my hand and we sped off together to this secret destination.

Stefan's P.O.V.

"Great parenting." I muttered sarcastically.

"Not the time little brother." Damon groaned before walking away.

"Where are you going?" I asked.

"To the grill. A need a drink."

I sighed, following him out the door.

........................................

Damon chugged down his tenth shot as Elena and Caroline walked through the doors and up to us.

"Another." Damon ordered.

"No. That's enough for you today." Elena said, stopping his demands.

Damon groaned, placing his head on the table. "Did I raise someone evil?" he mumbled.

"Tilly? No. Why would you think that?"

He raised his head to look at us. "Katherine was right. Whoever enters that forest, even if it was an accident, goes in there for a reason. They are usually summoned by the ghosts of dead witches to keep them away, to protect others."
