'Just get in the car.' Joe said slamming his door shut.

I got Into the car and put on my belt. As I did we sped off.

'Joe let's try not to argue around our friends.' I said.

He didn't reply. 'Joe are you even listening to me.' I asked beginning to get annoyed.

'For god sake I get it, no arguments.' He said glaring at the road.

'Plus all ours friends are there.' I said.

'Please just shut up so I can drive.' Joe shouted. We spent the rest of the journey in silence.

We arrived at Zoe's house and knocked on the door.

'Hey y/n and Joe it so nice to see you. Everyone else is here.' Zoe said cheerfully.

'I told you that you made us late.' Joe said though his teeth.

'You were the one which started the bloody argument.' I said taking my shoes off.

'Is everything okay? ' Zoe asked obviously hearing what we had said.

'Yeah.' Joe said smiling at his sister. He was lying as we had been arguing for the past month.

We walked into the crowded room and was greeted by a cheer. We both put are happy act on and pretend everything was fine.

Within an hour we had already started to play truth or dare but you had to pick dare not truth.

'y/n truth or dare?' Tyler asked smirking.

'Dare.'

'Okay. I dare you to read out your messages to Joe. I will read them after so I know you weren't making them up.' Tyler said.

I looked at Joe he looked just as scared as me. We had argued a lot over our messages.

'Could I do a forfeit?' I asked hoping he said yes.

'Why you hiding something naughty?' Tyler laughed.

'Ew he's my brother. Please give her a different one.' Zoe said.

'Fine, fine. Urm...I dare you to...kiss Joe. Dammit that's an easy one.' Tyler told me.

Looked at Joe again. We had kissed since we started arguing. I gave him a peck on the lips and then we continued playing the game. Until we got bored.

'Me and y/n will go down to Mc Donalds. Zoe could you make a list of what people want whilst we get our stuff together.' Joe said before getting up. I got up and followed him.

'We need to talk and we can't here so we will get the food then stop and chat.' Joe said putting his shoes on.

'Okay but won't they get suspicious?'

'We'll just say the it was busy.'

'Okay.' I said so I didn't start another argument. I went back to collect the list then said goodbye and got in the car.

We drove to collect the food in silence then parked up. Joe turned off the engine and took off his seat belt to face me. I also took off my seat belt so I could face him.

'y/n we've been arguing a lot lately and when we kissed earlier I didn't feel anything. I feel like we need to spend more time with each other. I just wanted you to know.' Joe said before putting his seat belt back on.

'Okay.' I said putting my belt on.

We made it back to Zoe's without arguing and gave everyone their food.

'y/n can we go and speak.' Joe said before getting up. I followed him outside.

'When I told you about no more fights, you just brushed it of as though you didn't care.' Joe said in an angered tone.

'Of course I cared Joe I'm sick of it too. This doesn't seem like stopping the arguments to me.' I said raising my voice.

'I was just saying something for god sake, you have to turn very thing into something bad.' He said clenching his fists.

'I have to. Look at you. This morning you couldn't even get out of bed before starting.' I shouted.

'That's because I have to sleep in the spare room because you can't possibly sleep in the bedroom without the TV.' He shouted walking towards me.

'I don't watch the TV and if you really want me to I'll sleep in the spare room I will.' I shouted edging backwards.

'Oh yeah now you mention that you're willing to sleep in it.' He shouted.

'Joe,  y/n everyone can here you in there.' Zoe said wrapping here cardigan around her stomach before walking towards us.

'Whatevers wrong tell me later but for now get in there and stop shouting.' Zoe said before walking back inside.

Joe relaxed his hands and looked at me.

'I'm sorry.' I said quietly.

'So am I.' Joe said before hugging me. It was the first time we had hugged in weeks and it made me feel safe but it was over quickly. We walked back into the room and was greeted by many awkward smiles.

Right time to go back to acting like nothing happened and hope there's no more fights.
