Poseidon's POV

I didn't know how to act when I got a phone call from the hospital saying one of my kids were injured and the other died a tragic death. When they told me Hunter was dead I let out a choked sob, he was so young. Not that I wouldn't have cared about Percy I would have acted the same way. I didn't know if I should visit. How would he act once he saw me. I decided not to go to the hospital but pulled a few strings and found out where the funeral was being held. I busted through the doors while Percy was giving a speech. I let out a choked sob seeing him in so much pain. My eyes immediately went to the casket and that's when the tears started to fall freely. Everyone had their eyes trained on me. I saw Percy walk off the stage and slowly make his way on front of me. I was just about to speak when a loud smack rang out through the church. That's when I felt pain, it wasn't intense but it hurt. He was about it cock back again, but this time with his fist when a boy with blonde hair and blue eyes caught his hands and wrapped him in a hug from behind.

"Percy just let me---"

"LET YOU EXPLAIN WHAT???!!!! THAT YOU ABANDONED US
.. ME BEFORE HE WAS EVEN BORN!!!!

"Percy please can we take this outside please?"

"Why so everyone won't see how much of a deadbeat you are?

"No you listen here boy I am your father and you will not disrespect me."

"Oh I'm sorry I didn't notice seeing as you left me when I was freaking two!!"

"Percy maybe your father is right."

I was surprised at how fast percy calmed down, and even more surprised when he nodded and gave said boy a kiss.......on the lips.

We walled outside and sat at a bench. Percy was the first to speak.

"Why are you here? What do you want and where have you been?"

"I'm here because my son just died and you were injured. I want to help you get better and I've been living in a house an hour away from here." Percy's mouth seemed to twitch when I mentioned how close I lived.

"You lived that close and never thought to visit, and don't tell me you were busy. Do you know what we've been through, the only reason why I'm speaking to you now is because Hunter is dead.

"Well I'm here now."

"Oh wow that helped. Do you here that Jason?" Percy laughed and I would have calmed if it didn't have a slight hysteria to it.

"Um I don't want to intrude come get me when your done babe, it was nice meeting you.......

"Mr.Poseidon is OK."

"Ok bye." With that Jason gave a shy wave and kissed Percy.

"You really are a good for nothing father, you lived an hour away. I've always expected you to live across country at least then I could give you credit for not knowing I got BEAT AND RAPED!!!! FOR NOT KNOWING THAT HE ALSO TOUCHED HUNTER, FOR NOT KNOWING THAT WAS WHY HUNTER IS DEAD TODAY!!!!"

I couldn't believe my ears I had to force bile from rising before I spoke. "You....you were raped and abused." I felt my anger start to rise and I saw red. And Hunter was also? Why the hell was I not told?"

"Oh let me see maybe because you never left a contact number. Its to late now He's broken me. I'm a gay fag, I have restless nights, and he's taken the most precious thing in my life. Im a shattered piece of glass that can't be put together, but you don't care simply because you let another evil man raise his poor innocent kids. I have to go find Jason thanks for nothing."

"Percy please wait. I'm so sorry. I feel fucking terrible but I don't expect you to forgive me now but maybe in the future. I love you and I want to spend as much time as I can with you. I am really sorry."

Percy shook his head and started walking away when he felt someone stop him he looked back to see Poseidon giving him a slip of paper with a number on it.
