"Stop that." I scolded as Amber stole yet another piece of bacon from the plate I had set out. I smacked her hand away and she glared at me.

"Hurry up!" She sat at the table and subconsciously rubbed her belly. I smiled and continued on with breakfast. Amber had come over yesterday, surprising Madi and I. She had slept with me last night and was wearing one of Chads T-shirts and a pair of shorts that had little kittens on them.

Her belly had definitely grown. She was about six months.

It was kind of funny seeing Amber with such a big belly. She had always been so skinny that I actually laughed when I saw the belly.

She did the same to me when I was pregnant with Madi. It's only fair.

I heard airplane noises from behind me, and Amber laughing. I turned around and saw Caleb running through the house holding Madi on his shoulders, pretending to be an airplane.

"Hey! No running in the house!" I tried to scold them but ended up laughing instead.

Caleb and Madi stopped and looked at me. Then at each other. Caleb smirked and put Madi down. I saw them count to three with their fingers and rolled my eyes.

I heard Madi scream "go!" And felt two pairs of hands tickling my side. I yelped and tried to move away. Both of them followed me and it ended up being some weird game of tag.

Caleb looped his arms around my waist from behind me and I smiled.

"No running in the house." He mocked my voice and moved away.

Breakfast!

I ran into the kitchen to see nothing on the stove. I furrowed my eyebrows and looked around for the food.

Amber had already set everyone's plates and was eating happily.

"Seriously?" I laughed and she stuck her tongue out at me.

"I'm pregnant." she said, pointing a piece of bacon at me.

I rolled my eyes and we sat down to eat.

Amber came from my room, now dressed in a pair of jeans and a long sleeved pink shirt that fitted around her now big belly. Her hair was straightened perfectly and if I hadn't known how much of a mess she was in the morning Id think she didn't have a bad side to her. I guess she really didn't.

I chuckled at her.

"How do you manage to go from looking like a complete slob to looking like a fashion model?"

She flipped her hair behind her shoulder and smirked.

"I'm just that good."

Shaking my head, I grabbed my purse. After double checking that we had everything Madi, Amber, and I left for our little shopping trip.

We went to the mall, and after buying about thirty things for the baby, we found some stuff for Madi, and then for us.

"So, have you and Professor Connell gone on a date yet?" Amber asked, setting her shopping bags against the bench at the mall. She said her feet were sore and she needed a break. Ah, pregnancy.

I shook my head, picking Madi up.

"Not yet." She looked at me dumbfounded and I shrugged.

"I don't want to bring it up, it took a lot for me to even give him a chance for a relationship." I stated. She rolled her eyes.

"You can't let what one as- ." She smiled innocently at Madi. "Butthole, Ruin your chances of finding love again, Bella. Not every guy will break your heart."

I sighed. "Yeah. I know."

"No. You don't." She stated. "Because if you did you'd have told him you love him already."

"How do you know I haven't?" I asked defensively. I haven't, but she didn't know that.

"Because I'm your best friend. Bella, I've seen the way he is with you two. He loves you more than anything." She was right. "He took Madi in like she was his own daughter, before you were even together. What man does that?"

"A great one." I whispered with a sigh.  "Look, I'll tell him when I'm ready, okay? I'm just not ready yet."

Amber sighed but nodded nonetheless. Then her eyes sparkled and she waddled in the direction of an ice cream place.

I rolled my eyes. Ah, pregnancy.
