"Bella!"

I heard my name being shouted.

"Bella, are you okay? Wake up!"

Caleb? Awe he's worried about me.

I sat up from my spot and opened my eyes.

Oh. Sat up to quick.

Dizziness swept over me and I grabbed Caleb's arm for balance.

"Oh my god, Bella! Don't do that!" Caleb rushed, pulling me in for a hug.

"Cause I totally fainted on purpose." I rolled my eyes. Caleb narrowed his eyes at me for have a second before laughing.

"Mommy you scared me." Madi pouted, crossing her little arms. I smiled at her and picked her up, setting her in my lap.

"Ms. Taylor, are you alright?" The doctor asked, worriedly. I nodded at him with a smile.

"Never better."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"So what happened?" Amber asked through the phone. I placed the phone between my ear and shoulder and folded another one of Madi's shirts.
When did she get so many clothes?
"Nothing really." I said, placing the shirt in the drawer.
"Nothing? Bella you passed out!" She screeched. I rolled my eyes.
When we left the hospital Caleb was worried; mostly because of my sudden change of mood. I can't blame him. Who passes out and then gets excited about the news that caused said person to pass out?
Apparently me.
I wouldn't explain my change of mood to Caleb, because truthfully. I'm not sure where it came from.
Anyways, back to the topic at hand. Caleb had been so freaked out at my behavior that he called Amber telling her I wasn't acting myself, but thankfully he let me tell her the news.
She screamed. A lot.
"I had a small change of heart."
I knew she rolled her eyes.
"Bella." She scolded.
Now it's my turn to roll my eyes.
"Amber." I said in the same tone. "Look, I'm perfectly fine. I got a clean bill of health from the doctor and the baby is perfectly fine. Now calm down. You stressing isn't good for Aiden."
Did I mention they were naming the baby Aiden? They had many other choices but decided on Aiden because that was Chads brothers name. Apparently his brother had died when they were babies. I almost cried when Amber told me that.
"You're right." She said and even without being in the same room I knew what she was doing; smiling and rubbing her belly.
After hanging up the phone with Amber I finished unpacking Madi's clothes into her dresser. Then I went into my room to see what needed done in there.
Memories flooded me when I walked in; like every other time I came in my new room. This was my parents room.
Being in this room made me feel safe, and protected. Like when mom held me during storms.
I walked to the body length mirror Caleb and I had set in the corner of the room. This was my moms too.
I lifted my shirt and stared at my flat stomach.
I turned right.
Left.
Nothing. Still completely flat.
I guess I shouldn't expect anything. I didn't show until three and a half months when I had Madi and even then it was barely noticeable.
I smiled as I stared at my stomach in the mirror. I imagined mom doing the same thing when she found out she was pregnant with me.
It's amazing how much I feel her with me.
I saw Caleb through the mirror. He was smiling at me. Caleb placed a hand on my flat, bare stomach and leaned his head on my shoulder.
"I love you." He said with a small smile.
"I love you too." I relaxed into him.
He smiled wider.
"I love you!" He said louder, spinning me to face him. I giggled.
"I love you too!" I said in the same tone. He smirked and picked me up, hugging me tightly.
"I love you, I love you, I love you!" This time all I could do was laugh. He set me down and placed a kiss on my lips.
I cupped his cheek and smiled at him.
"I love you too." I whispered.
Maybe fate decided to work in my favor after all.
