Gwen knows volleyball, the rules, the positions, she knows everything to know about volleyball, except the player's name, because for her there's only one player worthy of her attention- Mikha. She studied everything because she knows how important it is for her girlfriend and if it makes her girlfriend happy, then she won't mind doing it.

But learning it theoretically is different from actually playing it.

"Babi please" Mikha begged, her eyes pleading. She's wearing her jersey, hair up in a messy bun as she carries the ball on her side, drenched in sweat but still somehow full of energy. The adrenaline of the training is still pumping in her bloodstream, maybe it's how she's getting these ideas. Placing the ball on the bleachers as she went closer to her girlfriend.

They are alone in the gym right now as the team just finished their training for today, the shorter girl stood in front of her, towering over Gwen as she pouted. "Next time na Babi, pawisan ka na oh" she argued as she grabbed the towel from Mikha's bag, pulling her sweaty arms to seat beside her and started wiping her sweat.

"Asim mo na, babi" Gwen teased as she's wiping Mikha's neck, the latter just letting her, loving the attention she's being given. Mikha looked at her with furrowed brows as she grabbed her jersey to smell. "Hindi kaya, I still smell pogi" she said as she smelled herself, even raising her armpits-just to make sure.

"Asim babi" Gwen continued which earned her a playful glare from the younger girl, "Ahh maasim pala ha" Mikha said as she grabbed the girls head and pulled her to her chest. "Smell me, hindi ako maasim" she argued, with a chuckle Gwen did just that before lightly pushing the girl away with her face scrunched.

"Pwede mo na palitan yung sinigang na luto ni Tita" she continued. Mikha's jaw slacked at the remark before standing up with a huff. Grabbing her bag with a glare. "I'll go shower na nga" Mikha said as she slinged the duffle bag to her shoulders and made her way to the showers.

"Ligo well asim" Gwen shouted as she saw her girlfriend walking away from her which earned her a middle finger which she just laughed at. Nakaligtas pa. Gwen said as she released a sigh of relief.

Mikha was asking her to play volleyball with her a few moments ago, though Gwen knows the basics of volleyball, sports aren't really her thing. She would rather watch on the bleachers than play. Just the idea of playing volleyball with her girlfriend is already making her body hurt.

She looked at the ball Mikha left beside her, her hand big enough to grab it with just one hand. The ball isn't hard, compared to a basketball, it's softer, smoother. She started passing it on her hands. It felt nice, the weight isn't that heavy but she knows that it'll hurt when you start playing the actual game.

It'll hurt once it's actually set in motion, she knows cause it's the reason why Mikha and Gwen got close. Mikha accidentally hits a passerby with the ball, and not just any passerby but the student council secretary.

Gwen couldn't help but smile at the fond memory, a very unexpected start but it became cute as time went by, she hated how annoying Mikha was at the beginning she couldn't help but let her heart warm up to the athlete.

She remembered how her friends teased her when they saw Mikha following her around like a puppy, all smiles, different from the feared and gloomy secretary of the senior highschool department. "Andito na pala si 'You know how to ball, I know Aristotle eh'" Stacey teased when the two of them sat together in the cafeteria to eat.

A cold hand pulled Gwen out of her thoughts. "What are you thinking about babi?" Mikha asked as she sat beside Gwen, one hand still drying her hair with a towel. She's now wearing a simple white shirt and her sweatpants, ready to go home.
