𝕿ALIANA stood in anticipation as Ser Farrell emerged from the castle. "Is it true?" She asked, her voice barely above a whisper. Ser Farrell nodded solemnly. "He intends to lead nine men out to bring more wildling here." Taliana's breath caught at this revelation. "And what of Jon?"
"He's set to join them, but the men of the Night's Watch aren't backing him."

𝕻RINCESS Taliana, her normally bright eyes shadowed by worry, found Jon Snow in the Lord Commander chamber, he stood up when he saw her.
"Jon," She whispered, and his eyes grew wider as she looked at him, Jon looked up, a flicker of surprise crossing his usually stoic features. "Princess Taliana. Is something wrong?"
"I—I heard," She was hesitated, her hand hovering near his. "That you are going to be beyond the Wall."
Jon nodded, his eyes never leaving hers, "Aye. To treat with the wildlings. To bring them south."
Taliana bit her lip. "It's... dangerous, Jon. More dangerous than anything I can imagine. The wildlings... the creatures... I've heard the stories."
He met her gaze, his dark eyes unwavering. "Aye, it is. But it must be done. Winter is coming, Princess. And we need every sword we can get."
She moved closer, her hand instinctively reaching for his face. She gently, almost reverently, caressed his cheek with her fingertips, the rough stubble scratching her glove. He was so close, she could feel the warmth radiating from him, a small comfort against the biting cold.
"I just... I want you to be safe, Jon," She whispered, her voice thick with unspoken emotion. "More than anything. It's a fool's errand, this mission. For a hero's heart, not a doomed man's." She pulled her hand away, almost as if burned. "The Wall needs you, Jon. Westeros needs you. And... and I..." She stopped, unable to force the words past the lump in her throat, the truth.
