and I'm sry if some of the symptoms/examples I write are incorrect bcz I don't have ADHD myself so I wouldn't know Im just trusting google and what my brother does🤷🏾‍♀

Being a producer of a very popular band and having attention deficit hyperactive disorder wasn't always easy for Han. He got distracted by the silliest things.

He was in the middle of writing lyrics to a song, he heard a dog barking outside his apartment he immediately went outside and took like 20 minutes to pet the dog.

One time they all had dance practice and they all reminded Han thousands of times and he even set a reminder on his phone but guess what he did. He completely forgot about It and slept until 11 o'clock.

Also during a really important meeting with all the producers he just wouldn't stay still at. All. He kept bobbing his knee up and down and when someone asked for his input he would end up talking their ear off and some how a conversation that started with new song ideas ended with what Jisung had for lunch last week.

Last week he was looking all over for the lyrics he wrote the other day. He worked on that for like 2 hours and he had lost it. He was looking everywhere and that eventually led him to a panic attack. After Changbin calmed him down he helped look for it and discovered that it was in his music folder where he put it.

The other day he forgot to clean his room like Chan asked. Chan reminded him and Han just said "I'll do it in a few minutes." A few minutes later it was still not done. 20 minutes, not done. When Chan finally snapped at Han for being lazy he just began to cry and said it wasn't fair that Chan was always yelling at him.

But of course all stays and the members love Han the way he is ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I had my first MPA in my band. All you fellow band students should know about that. My band played Royal March, Awaken to the Morning Light and Silvergate Overture.

It was soooo much fun. So the judges rate us with1-5.

1 meaning poor

2 meaning fair

3 meaning good

4 meaning excellent

and 5 for superior
